    Thank you! For some reason i prefer your videos like this one where you have somebody doing the poses as you explain. It's much easier to follow you this way rather than you're doing the poses yourself while giving instructions. And i like it that you have 30 minute as well as 1 hour vinyasa videos for options. Namaste.

    My abs are feeling it today - must have been that tricky counting. Let's do that some more! Your nack for explanation means I'm able to fine tune my practice with each video I watch. Almost 9 months of practicing with you has allowed me to overcome combat injuries that many thought would require surgery - thank you so much. Keep on bringing the burn! Merry Christmas!

    Caroline's body movements are so fluid, they give me some serious goals. Thanks for the practice Tim. I needed some stretch and core work to work on my balance. This was was excellent for my mood today!

    Great practice Tim. Yes, I agree with you; when you have your friends on, the practice seems more challenging. I love how you "torture" us when its your friends on the mat and not you.

    Nice to practice staring out my window at the snow and seeing your sunny day. The standing poses were a challenge but I have been doing your videos off and on since the 30 day challenge in January and I am slowly seeing improvement. Thanks to both of you for today.

    This is great, and quite a challenge before breakfast. I’ve been following your videos for a year now, and practising most days. Still find I’m feeling the core stuff in my lower back more than I should. Still trying to “turn on those low abs”. Practise makes perfect. Thanks Tim.

    Your videos are always so much fun Tim, even with a terrible sinus infection. Thank you again. Do you have any advice, breathing techniques or other things of that nature for sinus issues? Could always google it, but the horses mouth is always more meaningful. Thank you again. :)

    I love your videos, and have been an ambassador, telling others... but recently there have been ads placed in the middle of the sequence... today there were at least 4 ads! I am going to switch to another channel if this can't be resolved.

    That was my first class of yours Tim! I don't normally comment on things but I really enjoyed the pace of this practice. I felt challenged but felt that I could really make sure I wasn't flinging my body around so as to be really intentional about each movement. I'll definitely be coming back to practice more with you!

    I just cant straighten my legs out while standing if I try my posture just collapses. How can I improve this? Thanks for all the videos Tim.

      Maybe it's because you have tight hamstrings. Practice laying on your back and put the strap on the ball of your right foot. Extend the leg towards the ceiling to stretch the hamstrings. Keep the left leg straight and extended on the ground if you can. And then switch legs.

    That was fantastic, I love these latest videos - just the right intensity without losing any of the deliberate focus. Would you be able to do (do you already have?) a video for yoga for the feet, toes and ankles? My toes are so tight that I find it difficult to curl them under for plank and it's often painful; I also struggle to squat down because my ankles just won't bend more than 90 degrees. Thank you!!
