The GOAT 🐐
He will never die. He influenced my life.
My favorite western of all time. Unforgiven a close second. I used to watch this with my dad on the occasional rainy Saturday back when the showed these great movies on mainstream media
That is warm memory attached with enjoying the movie. 🕹🎉
the good bad and ugly, clint and wallach and vancleef. nothing tops it.
@siggifreud812 I love almost all of Clint's movies and I do like all his westerns
@@rubbabubba6489 Calm, witty, and confident, that is a whole package, 🕹
Ever seen "The wild bunch"?
Hands down one of the best westerns of all time.
that is quite safe statement, 🍿🎉🕹

Clint Eastwood is not allowed to die.

There will be an

SPEAKING for the whole movie , Clint's Best western to me .
Pale rider.
I can't place Josey Wales or Pale Rider because they're both incredibly made films...
I go for Josey Wales too and agree that Pale Rider is a very strong number two.
Best Western Period.
Clint Eastwood doesn't own a Best Western!
best western ever......clint and chief were awesome....i never get tired of this movie
Altho no doubt at all that Clint was THE star of this movie, he purposely took a back seat to Chief Dan George when it came to handing out all the classic lines, especially the comedic ones.
Dying ain't much of a Living Boy
He had to come back. Not really. Didn't work out too well for him. Now he's not coming back at all.
My favorite Clint one liner!
@@nobodyreally467 You're wrong, he did have to come back, for his pride.
"They took my horse and made him surrender"😂😂😂😂 . Gets me every time!
My all time favourite film ! Who else knows this film, - word for word ? 💙
"Hey PA, is that you Pa?"
"I ain't yer PA, kid now shut yer pipe hole"
"Hey Pa, I got the gold, got the gold right her Pa..."
Close enough??
There is only one Clint Eastwood. Gotta love him...
Hate to break it to ya but there's only one of everybody. Even twins an triplets are not the same.
This is one of his most iconic westerns. The guy is most legendary
That is so true, 🕹🎉

The best western movie ever. Ever.
That is quite a statement, 🍿🎉😂🕹
@@motionattached Quite, because it's true. It's simple. Best regards.
I’m inclined to agree. As westerns go, this one is hard to beat. High Plains Drifter had more innuendo. But for in your face Western this is the model.
@@1wheeldrive751 That is quite rational, 🕹🎉
I fully agree.
My favorite of all Clint's westerns. They're just movies, but I like the fact that Clint's characters always set things right.
calm, witty, and confident, 😂🕹
Hard to say best with Clint movies he has been great for so long
His best movie.
My favorite Western by Clint, but as a pure Western it's hard to be The Unforgivin.
First movie I ever saw at a walk in theater at the age of 13 and one of the finest westerns ever made.
A good childhood memory attached with a great movie, 🕹🎉
Favorite westerns of all time: #5 - High Plains Drifter, #4 - Pale Rider, #3 Hondo, #2 Red River, #1 Outlaw Josey Wales.
That is a pretty good list, 🍿🎉
Might have to find space for The Searchers and some of the cavalry trilogy.
@@user-hn1dq7jr2g Worthy additions indeed.
Gran Torino at #3 surely.
That one isn't much of a western
One of the best westerns ever made
The spirit of Josey lives on.
Clint was my hero as a gunslinger.
He always made western movies, fun to watch.
Mum took me to the drive in, when I was a young lad to see this film (loved it)
I am turning 57 this year, where has all my years gone.

GREATEST WESTERN EVER MADE
This is a historic movie in many rights.... This movie will transcend time and be just as good 50 years from now as currently.... Clint Eastwood is a national treasure along with Harrison Ford and others who were female heroines / villains ...Katharine Hepburn, Bette Davis, Shelly Winters....
Along with The Good the Bad, and the Ugly, Once Upon a Time in the West. Josey Wales All on the Mount Rushmore of Western Movies ❤👍🤗🙏🏆
Oh god Once Upon a Time is a turd
Clint is just goat. 👍
Clint Eastwood, Steve McQueen, and Paul Newman would contest for that title, and Clint is a whole package, and has little bit edge😂🕹
@@motionattached No doubt about it!!
The Chiefs statement " White man has been sneaking up on us for years " is truly not forgotten .
I love this movie. No matter how many times I watch it. It’s still fantastic
Not only my favorite Clint Eastwood movie.
Not only my favorite Western.
But my favorite movie of all time. Period.

Easily one of the best western films of all time. Certainly my favorite.
"I don't deserve this"

Great movie and so many great lines.
Every character is perfect. Tip of the hat to Chief Dan George and Will Sampson (Ten Bears).
Hell has come to Breakfast!
i paused this. its too good a movie to grab a 12 min slice.
This has always been a favorite of mine. I do like how this post stuck to the main concepts, and I just had to watch it all the way through.
Thanks for comment and watching, 🕹🎉
missed the part where he and the other chief choose life
“I HAD to come back”…. “I know”…. was so uncomfortable. Perfect performances from both actors. It’s my favorite scene.
That put a good two seconds of suspense, 🕹😂
"Bounty Hunter?" / "A man's got to do something for a living these days". / "Dying ain't much of a living".

Such a beautiful ulogy for the young man
My ma and my pa disagree on a lot of things but they both love clint.🦅🇺🇸
When Unforgiven came out it bumped this to my second fav western flick by a hair.
The absolute best western I ever watched.

This one and Kelly's Heroes my favorites movies.

Best Western
There is iron in your words of death just as there is iron in your words of life....
The quote of the day, 🕹🏅🎉
One of the best movies of any genre. Ever.
🍿🎉
The ending scene, with the confrontation between the two men, is excellent.
The loyal friends making up the Wilson story. Superb.
Great movie, one my late father showed me as a kid along side most of Clint's works and I have been a fan ever since.
Will have to add a little bit from one of my personal favorite scenes though.
Ten Bears : It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men.
That is a truly beautiful supplement to what missed here. Thanks. 🎉🕹🎖
Noble Words!
This movie is based on a pair of stories about Josey Wales. The first story is the one we know from this film, and the other is a tale of revenge where Josey's friends in town are attacked and kidnapped by Mexican renegades. The second story would have made a great movie too, but sadly it never happened.
Thanks for your sharing, which made Josey Wales story much more interesting, and in suspense, 🕹🧩
I agree with rubbabubba. All those more well known classic westerns can't hold up compared to this masterpiece of the genre.
well said, 😂🕹
My All-time 🐐
My favorite Eastwood movie
It's my favorite Western and Clint Eastwood movie. Great book, also. Gone to Texas by Forrest Carter. Two books about Josey. The first one, the movie, is based on it. The second story is a few years after the movie.
My Dad. I miss him. Read The Education of Little Tree.
Thank you
Another classic Clint movie
Most of Client movies are classic, if not his every movie, 😂🕹
Best intro scene ever
The Colt Walker was quite powerful, with modern replicas firing modern FFFg black powder producing energy levels in excess of 500 foot-pounds (680 J) muzzle-energy with both picket bullets and 0.454-inch-diameter (11.5 mm), 141-grain (9.1 g) round ball bullets. The black powder Colt Walker is regarded as the most powerful commercially manufactured repeating handgun from 1847 until the introduction of the .357 Magnum in 1935, having a muzzle energy nearly exactly the same as a 4-inch-barreled (10 cm) handgun firing a .357 Magnum. -Wikipedia
That is what people call expert, 🕹😂
Malpaso always used the very best support actors, they just don't have that class anymore those old enough to remember will know what I mean.
One of the best ever
The perfect western. Simply fantastic!
How much of a fuckin legend Clint Eastwood is.....and he is still alive, God bless you Clint
"Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son"
YEA.....Animal House 1978......RIP
I loved that show. Clink was perfect in it !!
You didn't let Chief Dan say "they made my horse surrender".
Somehow I sensed a weak and forced quality of being funny, and I only have 12 minutes, 🕹💦
We got sumthin in this territory called the Missouri boat ride
Such a great movie!!!!
You left out perhaps the best line in the movie, in my opinion and that is, “Reckon I’m right popular.“ That gets me every time.
Best film ever.
"I guess we all died a little in that damn war."
Thanks for bring it up, that could apply to any war. 🙏
This is up there with Tombstone and Soldier Blue as one of the greatest westerns,
How about Kelly's heros? 🕹🎉
@@motionattached A superb film indeed, but i was going along the lines of great westerns, not all Clint's films, one of my favourites is actually the Gauntlet, with Sondra Locke, who i have to say i thought out acted hime :( I know many won't agree.
