Excellent video! Full of action. If winds will only lay so I can get out there. So glad you made the point about we can catch trout in the bay. Every time I think I’m get a shot of going to surf its always go get trout quick. Great option. We’re still practicing catch and release our trout on our end. Thanks Capt! Tightlines!
I love that spinnerbait style for striped bass(rockfish), puppy drum, and all sorts in Maryland. I use the strike ones and just use different size jig heads and paddle tails especially when the bunker or bait is like that.
Caleb can you please do an update review of your JH? There's really not many vids on youtube reviewing the JH and talking about it's capabilities. Could you possibly cover your experiences with the Outlaw and cover it's shallow water capabilities, handling how it takes the chop etc? I am currently running a Haynie HO but strongly considering an Outlaw for my next boat and would love to see an honest review of that hull. I mainly fish Trinity Bay, East and West G-Bay and occasionally Matty. TIA Capt!

This is awesome! This is going on in freeport as well. The trout and reds are feeding like crazy on shad. I got into a school or trout the first hour then a school of reds the next. It all happened after 7:30 with birds working like crazy. Has the bait been this heavy in the past around this time? Or do you think the freeze had more to do with it?
That overhead footage of that redfish hitting that topwater was awesome.
