I agree that should not be glued on. And to make things worse that face is the cheapest looking piece of plastic I've ever seen. Especially for the overpricing.
I got mine from pitlanemodelshop.com I don't know if they have any left, but look around on ebay or just Google Lando Norris 2021 Monaco GP helmet and you will find some shops they still sell it.

should try to heat that glue up next time with a heat gun to keep everything in mint condition.

They aren’t all stuck with glue the one I got isn’t with glue it comes off with a bit of a pull
