@@coneddie Every year we went for 4 days in July as a family vacation - Other than the Cowsills, I saw Paul Revere & the Raiders, American Breed and The Allman Brothers band with all original members - there were others that I can't recall at this time
Gary Puckett...WOW... tough act to follow! Wow, wish I knew this was show was coming, I would've been there. I live in New Haven, Ct. I grew up with all these groups. They were the best! 🤗 This music and these performers should all be on the radio like it use to be. Its sad what IS on the radio. Thank the Lord for the oldies Stations! 🛐✝💞☮🎸🤗
The 2022 "Happy Together" tour will be coming to Connecticut July 30th-The venue is the Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford-Hope to attend that show.
Saw them in New Buffalo and it was great. Would have went again but covid stepped in then missed this year's show because I didn't know it was coming. People should lighten up on the substitutes for many of the original performers because over all they captured the original sounds very well. Don't forget they aren't kids anymore. It's not unlike a lot of other reunion tours which in many cases feature none of the original members. Enjoy the music for what it is and remember why you loved it. They were all very good, my favorite was Gary Puckett for personal reasons but he still sounded fantastic and he just recently turned 80! What a performer, what a voice.
We always thought the line in Indian Lake was Swim in the cove, have a snack in the grove, or you can wreck a canoe. It's too bad they are stuck singing an ad after all these years.
I like that they have a band behind the groups permanently it sounds great. I dont like the turtles now as its missing the founding member who has cancer. Plus they took Ron Dante and put him in the turtles and we dont get to hear him singing the Cuff Links Songs like Tracey.
Sad we lost the lead singer " *Dennis Yost* " he was The Classics IV He's NOW in that huge Heavenly Band in Paradise! 🎸☮✝🛐🕊🥁 No clue whos the guy that's singing his songs ⁉
I've been watching these Happy Together shows on TH-cam going back to 2016 and the guy in the Cowsills, for some reason, wears the same outfit every time. Levi's, a vest, blue long sleeve shirt and a baseball hat. Weird.
Sorry Gary Puckett .. like the original versions much better . Those are the songs I loved and sung the way back then , don’t care you these different versions of the melodies ..
This phony "Classics IV" diminishes the credibility of the entire show. They need to cut them out. The Buckinghams sound pretty bad without their original lead singer. Gary Puckett probably should retire; he just can't hit the notes of his big hits. Ron Dante is still great, but did they have to cut Sugar Sugar short? Sorry to be so critical. I loved all of these acts in the 60s and bought most of their records. But this show was a disappointment.

I remember seeing one of the first Happy Together Tours back in 1985 in Canadaigua New York. Great show then and still is today.

The other singer is Carl Giamaresse (hope that I spell that correctly). He's an original Buckingham (along with Nick Fortuna)
