It is AMAZING how good the Cowsills still sound. It's like they're vocals still sound like when they first started. INCREDIBLE performance. Love the Cowsills Family 🤯
My wife and I went to the Happy Together tour several times. I don't really think we were "stuck in the sixties," but we enjoyed it immensely and I believe we sang every word! My compliments to the organizers and performers.
Went to the show a few nights before this one and really enjoyed show and artists. No they are not 20 years old anymore but neither am I. Worth going & Happy we did.
I've been a Happy Together fan mainly because of my connection with Chuck Negron. I had no idea Joey was on this tour or had joined the line-up for that matter. Awesome stuff.
GREAT MUSIC AND GROUPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I listen to oldies everyday and these groups and I'm 71 and the 60's music is the GREATEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are happy to grow with this amazing music . Fantastic concert. The closing with all the artists on the scene was just perfect . Respect and congrats to the bass player !!!
I'm so glad I ran across this. It took me right back to 67 I was young and living in Tujunga CA. I'm 72 now what a great time that was. My older brother and talk once in awhile and both agree that if we could go back in time that would be the time from 64 to 68.
I didn’t realize they were still touring the Happy Together Tour. I am glad I came across this. I played with many of them on this tour throughout the 60’s and 70’s. Brings back many memories. Thank you ❤
I was at this show, and I loved it. Yes the Turtles and Badfinger are barely remnants of the original bands but they’re keeping the music alive. Joey Molland had such a great attitude and was so much fun. Mark Volmann is moving slower which was to be expected but still had his signature sense of humor. And The Cowsills stole the show. People always say it’s hell getting old but watching from 1:23 till the end of the video I call b.s. on that tired old cliche’. God bless ‘em all! 😇
Was a HUGE fan of Flo & Eddie (the new version, IMO, is pathetic) back in the day. Went to a number of shows. The 80's show we went to had most of the same lineup except for "The Mamas & The Papas" (really "The Pappas"-Spanky did the Mama Cass vocals & Mackenzie Phillips did Michelle's vocal parts) instead of Gary Puckett. Saw Spanky open for a bogus version of Grass Roots in Schaumburg IL in the late 70's.
@@buzz71544 Where at ?? We saw it in Milwaukee. My bass player & drummer brought some Turtles memorabilia that they signed. Howie mentioned "you guys have the hip stuff"
I remember sitting in a bar in Redondo Beach back in 1980 when Flo and Eddie were pitching my friends The Whizz Kidds into signing with them. Great memories.
Me and my wife went 2017 Branson Missouri what a great night and earlier that day we had a surprise party for Chuck Negrons wife Ami Negron man so much fun the Cowsills were at the party and really great people everyone who attended were so down to Earth.Spencer Davis opened that night.🎉🎉🎉❤
Saw the show last Friday. Had a great time. Surprisingly the Vogues were the best act followed by the Cowsills. But Joey should hire a singer if he wants to continue with the Badfinger name. Mark Volman is an American icon.
I love the 60s music, I work at a memory care facility and that’s all we play except for Christmas time. My favorite artist of all time is Sir Rod Stewart though.
Amazingly, Mark Volman from The Turtles is suffering from early stages of dementia and he knows it. I saw an interview with him where he explained that he goes everywhere by bus because there are less places for him to get lost than an airport! Very funny guy, brave to keep touring too.
Thank you for sharing this. I elected not to go to this show because honestly, I was only interested in Badfinger, but knowing Pete and Tom are gone, I could not bear to go. Joey did well. “No Matter What” is my favorite song of theirs. Badfinger and Derek and the Dominoes got me through the😢breakup of TheBeatles. I sang along with you video, and I am happy ❤
Saw the tour a year ago. Gary Puckett was there. He was phenomenal. I see Joey Molland is on this one. Fortunately I saw him a few years ago. Great fun!!
I remember the Cowsills being big in Australia. Most of their songs were top 5 here. "Indian Lake" was my favourite....I thought it might have gotten to number 1 here, but I just checked and found out it made it as high as number 3.
Saw Happy Together Tour in 2014. It was amazing! Many members have passed. RIP ❤️🙏 Detroit City Hermits Hermits 3 Dog Night Turtles Lead singer Grand Funk Railroad 2 more I cant remember Turtles didnt sing "Aint You Babe" One of my favorites. ❤️🎶🎵🎹🎸🥁🎤💕
I’ll never get tired of the Cowsills!
Me too, Susan is so gosh darn CUTE!!
As Paul said, she wasn't a member of the original group with their mother.
@@berwick777
The music of the 60's is timeless it was simple and pure
I hear songs like this from back in the day and get tearful...such better days and people
I was 8 years old when i heard this song first time, I'm 64 and still loved 'The Rain The Park And Other Things'
Lovely music so wonderful! ..hugs and love! ❤😊❤
Thank you. Susan Cowsill is one of the truly coolest entertainers.
I am always astounded by the music that comes out of these three people.
The Cowsills sound freakin' incredible.....Association too. Love this!!!!❤❤❤❤
Susan, you'll always be the vivacious, incredibly cute, talented, beautiful flower girl. What a babe.

I'll take the 60s any day over the present time 😀
Bloody brilliant show, music from my teenage days in 1960s love it. Thanks for posting it

Nice to see Joey Molland keeping Badfinger music alive.
@@randyjordan5521 ….and Joey does a right good job of it too.

This is when men admired a beautiful real women and sang about it. 🌻🌹🌺🌼⚘
Now the key is lowered, the testosterone is gone, but still singing about the memories of youth, and beautiful women!😁😆😂🤣😭
For some reason your comment made me think of The Fugs and "The Belle Of Avenue A".
Wow. I’m 72 and was listening then and now 🎸🎸🎸
Badfinger got ripped off so badly leading to so much tragedy. Hope those who passed have finally found peace.
Agree.
Their manager was a piece of human filth, the music industry deserves the reputation it had, the agents ,managers and record execs were goniffs
it looks like there were settlements.Very complex. see Wiki
Except stan polley. He cheated the band so bad. He is connected to them in that respect.
@@ericbond5276 so he is an original in Badfinger?
Wow!!! The cowsils were and still so cool making beautiful music❤
I listen to a bit of everything. The 60s are my favorite era for pop music.
The 1960's the best music of the centuries ! ❤️🕊️

Sorry, but I disagree. The 70s music is without a doubt the greatest decade of music.

I so loved you guys. My heart breaks for those that are gone.
I enjoyed hearing all the bands, But The Association were the kings of the hill for their time.

Love all of you ❤️. Got me through lots of hard times!!!
The back-up Band lead by Godfrey Townsend is excellent. One of the best I've seen. They really re-create the original arrangements with just 4 Peices.
I didn’t realize they were still touring the Happy Together Tour. I am glad I came across this. I played with many of them on this tour throughout the 60’s and 70’s. Brings back many memories. Thank you ❤
I like the heavy drummer for the cowsills.
Just saw them in Lynn Massachusetts... They Rocked!!! Keep on Rocking Partridges!!!
We were there that night. We loved it. We'll be there next year too.

Paul Cowsill is so sweet!❤
Flower girl! A favorite!!!
Great to see my old band mate carrying on the music as Jay Reinke. I know him as Johnny Star. I used to be a Meteor. 1992.
Jay and the Americans
Wow. Cool
The Vogues and The Association still sound Great!
