    Was struggling today but my granddaughter was encouraging me on "you can do it Nana". At the end she got some weights and did it along with me. Nothing like having someone cheering you on.

    Great job everyone. What an amazing 60 minute workout. I love the 60’s makes me feel so good and so strong when I am done. Thank you for always setting us up for a great day. To those of you that give Sydney’s workouts a thumbs down I am not really sure why. They are all great workouts, educational , well paced, diverse, positive energy GALORE and uplifting. If you can’t do they moves I get it but not sure why the thumbs down. You can’t get a more dedicated trainer than Sydney she explains everything and always encourages you to go at YOUR PACE for YOUR LEVEL. Shaking my head at the thumbs down... have a great Saturday everyone now eat healthy drink water and go crush the rest of this day. ❤️

    Crushed it! Sydney's coreography is incredible. It's so intentionally created from one to the next. I am blown away. Its getting me results that I have never ever had.... She is blazin! And the music pumps me up!!!!!

    I have to say for the first time ever I am seeing definition in my abs! I’m 39, and this is the strongest I’ve ever been. I’m here for the long haul! My progress has been slow and steady and I look forward to getting even stronger. 💪✌️❤️💚💙🧡💛💜

    She was right. I’m not usually a 60 minute workout kinda girl but this was balanced... challenging but not torturous. If you overindulged a little last night like I did it’s a good one to make u feel like you’re right back on track. Sydney you are simply the best !

    Needed that speech at the end wow. Crushed it ! Did NOT want to workout today. Headache, tired, all the excuses 😛 dreaded it and dreaded through thr workout, getting frustrated with myself and mentally beating myself up for the lack of perfection.
    But I know I won’t regret finishing it, and even if it wasn’t my best workout, I showed up, and for that I’m proud. Thanks Sydney. ❤️

    @sydneycummings I'm soooooo gonna need the rest/stretch tomorrow. I like you hiked on Monday my daughter's and I went 6.6 miles so Tuesday I did both Tuesdays and Mondays workouts so I could get them all in this week. And today I did this aaaamazzziiing workout and I'm taking my youngest daughter to the trampoline park and we are gonna play for 2 hrs. But I am so thankful for my body and how strong it is and has become. Thanks for your dedication to us Sydney you are more appreciated than you know.

    I was feeling weak this morning after being depressed yesterday and spent most of the day laying around. I knew in order to get back on track I needed to work out with you. Knowing I was going to feel better is what kept me going. I have to say this routine was awesome! It did go by fast. Really really liked it. The abs were awesome and a bit painful. 😂But I welcome the pain as yet another challenge. Thank you Sydney, this workout will be at the top of my list as favorites. 🥳

    My Goodness What A Week!!!! Today was tough---my whole body was sore but especially my quads/glutes and I was struggling to press play today. But I pushed through to the end and I worked as hard as I could and I am proud of myself! I make my time/health/well-being a priority and I'm thankful for my body and the way that it moves! Way to crush week 1 of Tier 2 squad!!! We've got this!!! 💪🏽🦵🏽🔥😫💦🌞🌊

    There were at least 3 moments in this workout where I wanted to cry. And maybe quit. And. I DIDN’T! This week has been tough, I hike I am still sore from like Wednesday. I know I am getting stronger and I appreciate you Sydney!!

    I keep shopping around and just coming back to your workouts. I am a recently retired fitness pro turned yoga lady. I know a solid instructor when I see one. And you, my dear, are it!! Thanks! Now that I am retired I am turning my attention into being the athlete, instead of training the athlete. Subtle difference there, I am sure you understand. I just signed up to compete in the Michigan Senior Olympics. So pumped. Your workouts are perfect for my allotted 2 days of strength training, so I love the full body workouts. Keep 'em coming.

    This week has been the most challenging, the most rewarding and just the absolute BEST. Every workout was my favorite, like I could do this whole week over and over, I loved it that much. Also, the difference in my strength and my body from the beginning of the week compared to now is the most change I have experienced since I began my journey with you 1 STF ago!!!

    That was my favorite workout of summertime fine 3.0!! 👏🏼 and it did go fast but not just because of a positive attitude but the way you arranged the exercises by splitting that 3rd round up the way you did!! Sometimes I dread that 3rd round but this was much more enjoyable!!🙌🏼💪🏻 crushed it 🤜🏻

    I usually struggle to stay focused for 60min workouts, but you were right- it went by SO quick. I loved the short work periods. And then the last round really helped for me to go heavier. I think this was a new fave of mine! 💪🏻 🔥

    Ok I loved this format of 2 rounds of everything followed by a one round circuit of all the exercises. I found I pushed myself harder in round 2 than I normally would knowing I was moving on to a different exercise. Thanks for another great workout and for switching it up!

    These strength workouts have made me extremely hungry throughout the day and I eat ALOT. Anyone else ? I do miss the cardio part of it but extremely excited about when we start shredding. Just trusting the process .

    Loved it. Confess I don't usually love 60 minutes, but between the short work periods, splitting the sets up, and the variety this one flew by. Looking forward to stretching and resting tomorrow. My legs are sore from earlier in the week. Feeling strong though!

    Loved the format - really kept the workout moving and allowed us the opportunity to up our game. I put complete trust in what Sydney has programmed and I show up each day with curiosity, ready to jump into the workout. No fears. No doubts. Keeping a beginner's mind and open to what the experience brings. Why worry when Sydney has our best intention in mind. Put in your best effort, keep going, just stop and breathe, not stop and leave.

    Loved this format! The 2 rounds then off to something else and then back for the 3rd round was great. This was hard but I loved all the moves and feel like Wonder Woman! Thank you Sydney for showing us that we are capable of strength and endurance that we didn’t know we had.

    I am extremely thankful to Sydney and Dustin for this channel, special mention to the programing and the focus month after month, and how everything ties up together to achieve happy healthy strong. Through this workout, the benefits reaped from tier 1, especially in core strength was exceptionally obvious for me in this 60min workout. Without these programing and focus, I would have browsed through the entire channel searching for workouts that are in my comfort zone. I have to say all the programs thus far have challenged me SO MUCH, and if not for them, it is quite unlikely that I will ever try them, more so push limits through them. In a way, Sydney's programmed workouts have forced me (in a good way) to show up daily and to embrace the discomfort. What happened next.... Amazing benefits. TQ so much Sydney ❤️

    I love the way you had us do 2 rounds then all 5 exercises once more at the end, it helped so much and made it easier to keep going. This workout MADE MY DAY, love feeling this strong 💪🏽💪🏽 thanks Sydney :)

    I started my journey with Sydney on May 1st and stayed with her workouts everyday....I weighed myself today....I know the scale does not defy me but curious on my hard work and have dropped 10lbs....so proud of my self and thank you for your channel and your motivational quotes! Yassssss

    Wow! I really did not want to workout today! I’m glad I did! This workout made me realize how much progress I have made. Progress comes in many forms not just body image. I’ve becoming stronger, my form has gotten way better! Quality over quantity! Thank you Sydney for all that you do! 💪🏻

    Awesome format! It really helped the work out go by faster and was actually very fun! I felt strong and accomplished. Just love how Sydney keeps mixing things up so we can continually challenge our bodies.

    I always get scared with the long time limit, thinking my endurance will not last at all, but with how you program these workouts, I’m supposed to see progress within myself, but at the same time challenge me.
    And I did.
    Because with the pendulum lateral raises + renegade rows, I was able to use my 8lbs for the whole three rounds when before I needed to drop to my 5lbs 🥺
    I could never be more thankful for you and your channel ❤️

    I LOVED this format - doing 2 rounds all through then one back through. I found it easier (in a sense) to really push through each move effectively. This was awesome, probably one of my favorite so far, I think.

    WOW! I can't believe how FAST that hour went by. I stepped it up in weight in all exercises, which surprised me and made me so joyful. Also, tried a pushup on my toes afterwards.....halfway down! That's progress. Still on my knees for now but going all the way down and up that way. I'm so impressed with my strength and power after month 1! Thanks Sydney!
