Did this on Sunday because I didn't think I'd get to do the 60 minute workout (I run 1 day behind the series) but I ended up getting to the full 60 workout later in the afternoon. Good thing too, because I don't think I'd have given as much effort at 5 am today. So since today is my normal active rest day, I did this class again, and this time I brought my yoga strap and blocks with me. Soooo good. Felt good yesterday after the previous workouts, but today after completing that 60 minute killer, this was JUST what I needed. Thanks Sydney!

I've easily done this stretch 30+ times since I found Sydney in 2020. I love the variety of stretches she has on her channel! This one is my favorite, though. A great flow!
I’m thankful for this stretch. I did this stretch after driving home from my girlfriend’s house which is over an hour from where I live. The lower body stretch allowed my body to relax from the drive and the workout that I did today.
