Of course, there are a lot of things to complain about, but thank you for trying to make content!!!

I doubt that at the time this machine was made, there was nothing that could make finely ground coffee. It looks more like a machine for grinding malt. To then brew beer. At least that's what they sold me one for.
A great job but it's not really a restoration since it never looked that good new.As soon as you take off the flashing and fill the metal it becomes a new machine.
I think he didn’t sand blast it because it wouldn’t reach the places he wanted it to reach and also maybe sandblasting it would’ve made the corrosion worse

Hot bluing is done on the inside of the coffee machine and not on the outside.

why don't you sandblast it right away and I would strongly advise against using gloves with a rotary wire brush
They don't sand blast first because they don't want all of the extra trash and bs in their sanding media....
