    This 24 Minute Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation is a Meditation guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. You can think of this Yoga Nidra is like a little reset for your mind. This guided yoga nidra includes gentle binaural beats and soft piano to further soothe the nervous system and create brainwave entrainment for deep relaxation. This type of meditation also aids deep relaxation, non sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.
    Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.
    This 24 Minute is a guided deep relaxation meditation. In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 24 minute yoga nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system.     Ally thankyou!! I have been practising yoga nidra with you now for a number of years, it has been instrumental in my healing journey. I was diagnosed with glioblastoma (stage 4 brain cancer) in November 2022, first surgery was 2020 which is when I discovered your channel. I always knew I would be a miracle. Yesterday I received the news that the tumour is gone and I am now free to live out the rest of my life joyfully, lovefully and freely. Thankyou Ally and team! To anyone going through their own health challenge - never give up the hope of a miracle. Our body's are magnificent and can achieve miracles when reset to a state of balance ❤

    Ally I love your videos and use them whenever I get a bad night sleep or need to recharge. I have told so many people about this. Could you offer a specific one about resting while travelling? In a bus/car/train/plane? I often turn to yoga nidra in such circumstance to help me focus on resting and not on the stressful experience. Thank you!

    I am so grateful to you Ally. Your Yiga Nidra sessions have helped my nervous system tremendously! I am now able to find a state of calm and inner peace in chaotic situations quickly. It really does accumulate over time.

    I feel so relaxed when I do these nidra sessions, I even fall asleep for a few minutes.
    Question for you-what to do about negative thoughts or images that pop up?
    I definitely manage to relax my body and get into the parasympathetic, but what is going on when those things come up?
    Is it my nervous system processing them? Or are they calling to be processed?
