Pattabiram tidel park is an upcoming tidel park in Chennai.

The project was started in June,2020
Was estimated to be completed in 24 months.
However, construction of the was delayed due to lockdown. Leaving people of chennai anxious about the Pattabiram tidel park status.
The project is located very close to Pattabiram railway station and Outer ring road chennnai.
Pattabiram tidel park is a 10 acre project with 21 floors and 5.5 lakh sq feet of office space.

Actually its 3.5 km from Avadi. The centre point of avadi area limit in google map is wrong. Avadi check post is the centre point of the avadi area And the Tidel park falls under avadi corporation limit
Might be, I calculated the distance..from Avadi bus stand to Project site. Actual bike ride took me around 4 kms only..Thanks for adding more value to the information

At first Avadi will be the huge gainer due to lot of branded restaurants ,shops and biggest commericial market and just 3-4km from tidel park and defence industrial corrider. Like Ambattur developed due to manufacturing industries in korattur, pattravakkam, athipet, west moggappair (ambattur ind estate). Same will happen here too. In westwards upto veppampattu huge development will be there.
