Both titel park in chennai and coimbatore was build by dmk and omr road was developed by central government where dhayanidi maran was IT central minister.... And tamilnadu is the first state in India which enacted separated law for IT in the years 2000

Govt corporations like ELCOT/TIDCO must stop doing real estate development for IT and focus on their core competency. Projects like IT park is best developed and manged by private sector. Most parks in Bangalore/Gurgoan are private sector developed and maintained!!

@@dasarpurug Most of the Port, Airport and Energy industries are targeted by Adani. In one side Union Govt want to develop 100 airports and otherside they sell to him. They even used IT to twist GMR to give up their airpor to Adani. That's what we don't want.

Consedering the current pandemic, there won't be any occupancy in any office facilities untill 2022 and Wfh gonna new normal. May be critical projects will be invited to office post pandemic. Soo this new tidel park will be 60% vacant .. Stop spending money for massive Office constructions for next 7 to 10 yrs

@@dlohithkrishna yes obviously it's a big added value in a long run. However meanwhile govt can put these type of massive projects which are currently in pipeline. The one which is already started can't put on hold

@@blackadam6468 through Automobiles, you can't be generate huge revenue to contribute good tax to Tamilnadu government, that's why Karnataka has only bengaluru to keep state up to 4th most GDP state in india despite of 1city. But tamilnadu Has Chennai, coimbatore, salem, thirupur, salem, hosur and erode industries cites. So IT is economically contributed more revenues than anyother industries....
