Also has LOUD audio, even tho the speakers aren't in necessarily prime locations it really projects!You do need to get a case for this bad boy IMMEDIATLY though as it doesn't come with one.Battery life is really good! Standby time us FANTASTIC. This guy can go about a week on standby and be just fine. The screen is massive so the longer you have the screen on, brightness especially, it will effect battery life. I am very happy with it though!One thing that I didn't consider is that since the screen resolution is so high, viewing ticktocks/ reading webtoons can be slightly blurry. There is no way to turn down resolution either, so it just be like that.Would still judge this bad boi at 10/10 for my first tablet. I've had it 3 months now and its not shown any evidence of "slowing down" or anything. Love it!
BTW you're my favorite tablet review app, and I was convinced to buy this tab because of your Tab S6 Lite videos! I still watch your other videos even though I've already made my purchase, but it's helpful because I'm thinkin about buying another one for someone :D

@@jd_jd_jd i did, the s6 lite! Wonderful thing. It hiccups with really heavy multitasking + when you first turn on the wifi and all your notifications come flooding in, but other than that, for schoolwork, watching, drawing, even animating, its really good! Screen is beautiful and the speakers are REALLY good. I almost prefer them to my S20's. Dex missing wasnt a dealbreaker and the pen is essential in my use case.

I bought my S6 Lite through Amazon, was on special price, $299+tax, I am a prime customer so free shipping. This tablet is one of the best deals out there. Took some time to get used to Droid 10. Was a big step up from my old tab's OS.

For my S6 Lite, I am using Fintie tablet cover, it is a stand and has a place for the stylist $15 and Arteck Bluetooth keyboard which was used on my Asus tablet, original cost about $15. I use the Fintie stand holding the tablet horizontally with the keyboard in front of the tablet. When the keyboard is out of range about a meter, the screen keyboard will pop up. I can do everything I want on this tablet, my chrome book is virtually obsolete and my Windows laptop is now only used to make credit card payments. Everything else is done on my S6 Lite. I use cloud data storage for my data.
Is it powerful enough? Before you got one, would you say you used ur chromebook or windows laptop more? And what notetaking app do you use?

@@HT-pl8du I am retired so my use is limited, I have had many apps open at once, no problem. I have found the best way to use the tablet, have your cellphone open to a reference page and use the tablet cross referencing from the cellphone to the tablet.

I searched and searched for a sleeve for my s6 Lite. I've used Amazon Basics for many devices, but they don't seem to be available anymore. Anyway, I bought the NIDOO sleeve and have been very pleased with it. I made a little slip for my S Pen that I have fastened inside the side pocket and keep the pen and a set of earbuds in there. It is an excellent sleeve/case. Interesting to see the Ugreen stand -- I bought one years ago and really like it. I have a Logitech K380 keyboard that I also bought years ago. I would say that I made some good choices!!!
Great video. I use the LogiTech K380 with my IPad as it’s a good balance of size, weight and key travel. Apple Pencil is the best stylus for me when it comes to hand written notes. I use a Targus case which has a place for gen 1 pen and provides excellent protection without too much bulk. I travel by air frequently so I’m always looking for good portability without excess bulk or weight.

I'm using the Ipega 9167 as a controller. The tab s6 lite is a decent platform for Ge-force now.
I use this tablet primarily for gaming, works great! Except for Fortnite.
PubG, COD mobile, Battle Prime, Asphalt, Arena of Valor all run very well. The Spen is icing, Its Awesome.

The K780 is for those who are really strict with the safety of their tablets and dont use armor cover. I just bought a Spigen tough armor case and I also ended up buying a cheap keyboard from sneeda. Best accessory for budget available. Just that it is.... too small lol, it works very well and multi-device too

Sometimes I'm using a external Bluetooth keyboard for write long texts, but most of time I using it for read PDF, on line courses and study taking some hand notes.

I'm buying this tablet soon, it's the best Samsung tablet out there, so why wouldn't it be good for gaming? Lol
But I'm buying it mainly for drawing and media consuption, like watching vids, pics, editing pics, FB, Insta, Twitter, Reddit, Google Chrome, etc. and a few games.
I'm sure it will be great for gaming. I was gaming on the Tab S3 and also streaming my pc games to it. I'm doing the same thing with my Tab S4 so I'm sure the Tab S6 will be even better.

It has a mediocre performance, i play RR3 on it sometimes, I haven't felt any lag but its not as smooth as my Asus zenfone 5z. Cod mobile works good, pubg mobile works but it doesn't support extreme fps with high settings. i mainly bought this for note taking, reading and media consumption and for those purposes it works great.
Lol it's not the best Samsung tablet, the best one is the regular S6. The performance of the lite is crap, even the older S5e is faster and better overall if you don't care about the spen

I'm thinking about to buy this tablet to work with Microsoft Office documents, watch e-learning video and take notes. Is it a good choice?
So far for me, it is very good for the usage of taking notes, i am a student, and this is already a good alternative for the ipad. I love the spen so much, as it is very comfortable to write with, compared to the apple pen, which mostly needs an additional screen film to write comfortably. But, the spen is smaller. this is not really the tab for gamers tho. For students usage, it is good bcoz it has the multitasking feature, where i can watch videos while writing notes. There is also a bulit in microsoft office app in the tab. For the other notes taking apps you need to search for them in playstore, i love to use squid app for my lecture notes .
@@mohammedasad3346 i'm not using any screen protector yet, for me, the s pen is comfortable enough for writing directly on the screen, as the s pen had the special tips that is not slippery like the apple pen. Some youtubers review matte screen protector, but it roughens the handwritings. I'm not sure if the friction will damage the spen or not. in case of apple pen, paperlike is highly recommended for stable handwriting

The Samsung store in the US now has a keyboard case they are selling for the S6 lite. I assume that you should also be able to buy it from other stores soon.

Thanks for the video, however the case isn't a good recommodation - it's quite heavy und don't like, that the PEN stays quite lose at the tablet - below the power und volume switches... It goes back to Amazon. Best regards from Berlin, Elmar

Hi. I wanted to know. Does this tablet really need a screen protector? Or a tempered glass?
as a person who rarely has cracked screens or scratches even with a screen protector, i'd say no. i get by with most of my devices without screen protectors. i personally also feel that the touch sensitivity on this specific tablet isn't high enough to pick up many of my touches, so a screen protector would make that worse (i use my hands a lot instead of the pen, to be clear). i know you wanted a response from the channel host but i hope this helped,

@@tanujchauhan9179 It is good for PDF reading and note taking. I am not sure for PowerPoint presentation as I have not tested presentation yet. Preinstalled Microsoft Office needs to be subscribed for editing. You may not create documents and PowerPoint free.
@@tanujchauhan9179 I use my S6 Lite for not only reading, but I use all the Android versions of Microsoft Office products with no problems, plus watch a lot of streaming TV/Movies. I have the Logitech K480 keyboard and the M535 Mouse, both being Bluetooth. I even use Citrix Workspaces and can have my remote desktop on it....I have had about 7 different Samsung tablets and this is by far the best iteration they have come out with.

I am considering getting the s6 lite for school work. I am already invested in the android operating system and I like the level of customization it brings with various launchers etc. I will be doing a lot of handwriting and the s pen being included is a huge bonus! The other thing i like over the ipad mini is expandable memory. You have to pay a lot more for more memory with the ipad mini rather than the s6 lite you can get up to 512gb of memory for around 20-50 pounds. Overall, for me, I think I am going to buy the s6 lite for schoolwork and drawing etc. but you may have different needs obviously! :)

For studying and reading, the bigger screen and Spen of s6 lite make it a much better choice than iPad mini

It’s a shame that there are no keyboard connector pins for a keyboard for the S6 Lite. In a way it’s understandable since it the more “budget/mid” range version of the S6, but it’s also a shame since the iPad 7 and Air which are competing products do have a keyboard connector. The only reason to get this over the one of the iPads is if you are heavily invested in the Android/Google Play ecosystem. I kind of wish a top end third party keyboard maker such as Brydge would make a keyboard for the Tab S6 and S6 Lite. It would certainly make them much more usable, especially with the Tab S6 because of DEX. The Official Samsung cover is also quite steep. Infiniland is a pretty good brand however especially if you use your tablet for Horizontal media consumption. I have one for the Galaxy Tab A 8 inch. The other suggestions highlighted in your video are also solid suggestions.

Yes, I have used both the K780 and the K480 in bluetooth mode. I actually prefer the K480 much better. Smaller and travels better with the S6 Lite tablet. K780 is rather big and actually heavier than tablet itself. Add a M535 Bluetooth small form-factor mouse to the K480 and you have a killer combo that works well with Android. Fantastic battery life and very responsive.

USB 3.0 is the one which is compatible for an HDMI interface, Sadly the s6 lite has USB 2.0
