The blood stalkers movement on water isn’t buggy at all my good friend. It’s actually supposed to mimic the movement of a water strider (real life insect thing) on water

@@alanmorris6188 mines the 24, and once you get past all the glitches and stuff, it's a fun game. A suggestion is to do unnoficial pve, that way you get the good community, and decent server rates to help you out.

It was never taming “actual dinosaurs” there was always an element of fantasy to it, even the dinos (if you read the dossiers) were genetically engineered hybrids (like the Trike for example, is a hybrid between Triceratops and Styracosaurus). It’s just that it was all a mystery until recently.

There is a certain species of spider( I can’t remember the name) that can “walk” on water but they don’t walk they spread out their legs and float, so the animation for the bloodstalker may actually be deliberate and not a bug
Harrison Monks I had a small creek near my house as a kid that my friends and brothers would try to catch Minos, sunfish, and we even found the Skelton of a fox head once. Anyways there would be spiders that sit on the water that flatten out there legs and bodies. Then “dash” in one direction at a time, not sure how they would dash I’m assuming their hind legs.
Yeah those spiders do actually walk on water because they weight so little that they can't fiscally break the surface tension of the water thus never sinking and just stand on water as if it were a solid.

The magmasaur attack that you can’t figure out probably has something to do with the camera position, as the sarco can only do its 180 attack if you look straight back.
No I figured it out earlier. You have to have the searing spit charged or charging to activate the ability to do it otherwise the key or button used to do it won't do anything

A lot people expected it to be more along the lines of a titanosaur, since it is a slow moving siege creature. 15k is nothing for that.
Bred paracertheriums have around 30k+ base HP currently so that is pretty bad lmao

The Turtle's "bubble breath" does actually do something on land.. that's it's purpose.. and it blows things away.. including tames. It can be used very strategically.

Bubble Breath puts a bubble on players and smaller tames and makes them float back to the surface. Like a defensive attack which pushes enemies away while you sink lower in depth.

Really loving the ocean biome because it looks quite a bit like Berk's Archpelago, there's sea stacks, islands and everything except the dragons there
I love the whale. Gives me hitchhikers guide to the galaxy vibes. Futurama also had an episode with a space whale which is an amazing series too. I must say mt favorite creature is a tie between the spider and the turtle. I love the idea of an underwater base on its back and the spider is just fun and cute!

Riding on a blood stalker reminds me of how Dr. Octopus does his style of transportation
Syntac to get fire lizard move you were wondering about you need to charge up spit to 100 then press the attack button while still holding the charge button. This will keep the fire affect active, and then you just press c which will make him explode
The megachelon reminds me of the reefback from Subnautica

with the bloodstalker when ur falling u can press ctrl to make it not fall as fast, and u can also charge a jump by holding space
they should make the minion eels tamable, they should make them like the zombie wyverns,where if there are any left after killing it you can claim/tame them. that would be really cool .hopefully they do in GENISIS 2

Blood stalker is hands down the all around best addition: scouting/reconnaissance, sniping, taming, etc.
Bred my two high levels and the second gen is imprinted at level 250 now with: 10.4k hp, 503% melee and high speed/weight and unmatched maneuverability. Straight monster.

I know on console after you charge up your breath, you can hit r3, im not sure what that translates over to on pc but that is how you use the eruption attack

Megachelon fits 5 x 7 foundations and around 3 walls high limit if you sink the foundations, fits a nice base in there, i love it
The skimming across the water isn’t a bug, at lest I don’t think it is. There is an insect called a Pond Skater that skims across the water like that. I think because this is insect-like that it might partially be based on insects that can skim water.

Megachelon bubble breath captures creatures or players in a bubble and makes them float upwards, it is for getting rid of nearby hostiles mainly
Syntac for the magmasaur you have to charge the searing spit and press one of your other keybines that usually triggers another attack(I'm not sure what it is on PC I play on ps4)
But searing spit charge is required or else the keybine won't do anything
megarchelon is pronounced with a “k” sound, so basically “megarkelon”
That’s jus typically how ch is pronounced in most animal names

I feel like every ark dlc is overhyped and is kind of underwhelming when it comes out but my favorite map trailer for ark was definitely aberration

I feel like the underwhelming feeling mostly just comes from the fact that its a survival pvp and that aspect never changes. You guild yourself up from scratch and struggle to figure out how the map works and the tricks and materials plus worrying about everyone else who beat you to it as they try to kill you, or you play by yourself and have no real end game goal because working with other people tends to be a chore. In the end you are struggling to survive until you figure out how to meet and tame the new creatures and then thats pretty much it. Point being, if you dont have great friends to play with after a while its boring because you never accomplish anything.

With the bloodstalker u can also hold down a certain button in the air and its legs will act like a parachute
The bloodstalker reminds me a lot of the TLC you suggested for spiders a while back. Except a little more insane. Dunno if you remember or mentioned the similarities in another video....

I imagine its more for dodging incoming attacks. It really seems like a heavy assualt craft or Star destroyer to me 3 good players with decent aim could do mad dmg while dodging n go to recover while the enemy is in disarray from being blown to bits.
Magmasaur 180 attack needs you to charge your bar and use your c key (idk I play on xbox and it's right stick click on there) when its full

To transform the ferox you need to put element in the last slot of your hot bar like you where doing a passive tame and also with the magmasaur to do the aoe attack the also have to charge up the spot attack but you have to press a different button and with the space whale to do the bombing attack you will first have to put a certain resource in its inventory
The new spider creature will probably be the new jump scare tame where your just harvesting then grabbed and reeled into a spiders face

The Bloodstalker can also slow its descent in high falls too it can 'glide' but not very well
The giant turtles just get rare mushrooms and flowers in their inventory over time
The whales hyperdrive ability would be good for escaping in tough situations
