I’m currently working on one right now it’s a 1962 international loadstar 1600 and this thing is not wanting to fire up. It’ll run on brake cleaner. I’ve checked the pump. It’s got some pressure. I don’t think it’s got enough waiting on fuel pump.
The music blocks your voice. Did you check for an inspection plate on the fly wheel. Seems like that split hood must have helped the filter filter housing rot out. Was there any room in the front to get at the crank any easier ? Being new on here I think you have a lot of potential already, Stick with it.
@@jamessmith7691 thanks man, what part was the music blocking me, I don't think I had any parts where the two were overlapping. As for the inspection plate I have not been under the truck yet, I'm going to do that today, as for the crank I did get a breaker bar on it, but I think the bolt was loose because it just turned.
@@Doshchopandtuneshop Just at the beginning the intro part. At 70 it ain't easy. Some trucks have an inspection cover by the flywheel to inspect the clutch. If there's room some guys find it easier to turn the flywheel with a pry bar.. One other thing pull the plugs out when you go prying on it any cylinder with the valves closed and fluid in the cylinder you can bend a rod. Then sometimes fluid can leak past the rings into the oil pan. Those old I/nationals seemed to run forever, good luck.
New frame you come and send engine everything
Pull the grill bolts and the 4 radiator bolts, hoses. You can get to the whole front of the engine.

That sounds like the issue, I had the same problem with my Ford tow truck Oz
accelerator pump in the carburetor if you got good pressure
