Also pertaining to the point of why BMW didn't build it, all evidence suggests they did make one or two in Germany but shelved it as it would have outshone the M3. Also this build has been done a fair few times now and are popping up in YT but due to the cost involved it is obviously a limiting factor for many. The engine alone runs between £4-8k plus the m conversion and wiring/coding. IMO this HAS to be one of the ultimate BMWs and is on my list as a possible project.
Hi guys a great car, just a few points Is the car registered as a 135i, is the car taxed as a 135i or an M3 E92 which is nearly £700!. Did the car need an inspection by dvsa on completion

@@DRACO1ONERyes and no … find a totaled m3 and grab the good bits and swap it over . Labor is the most expensive cost
It's good becose all are original bmw and you can pass the inspection of the car every year😅😅😅😅
Cutting up a 135i is sacrilege. Could have just bought a dead or cheaper version of the 1 series to convert.
