OK, for those that think they can't do this workout. Yes, you can! Modifications are provided for you and let me tell you.....after about 3 weeks of doing a variety of Lara's youtube workouts, my body feels firmer, I'm more energetic and I'm more cheerful too! Lara just makes me smile! Just so you know, I'll be 69 next month...Go and get it ladies! Yes you can, and no excuses!

This is an excellent video- for a top level athlete in perfect shape with energy to spare and a physique to die for. Now do this over with single moves only for us folks down here on the ground.

Nope. I'll be 69 years old next month and obviously not a top level athlete. While I was challenged when I did this workout, I did it with modifications, and I loved it. You can't improve if you don't challenge yourself. Modify, and go for it girlfriend!
Too much for me. Felt like a lesson for professional balletdancers. Pffffffff…..😅
Seems like this one was a coordinative challenge 🙈 I will do easier moves in the next one. 😘🙌
