    Workout Is nice bit... I was a ballerina and for me was easy, May friend quit! Top fast Exchanges, too much talking avoiding to be focused... Top fast every exercise: If anyone ist a beginner this gives problems about breathing and oxigen in the muscles. Please, during the workout, a Little bit of empathy.. for me was Not a Matter, but this Is the third friend whom quits

    What size of the dumbbell do you recommend for each side?

      Great question! It depends on your fitness level.. since we are training muscle endurance with these exercises you probably don’t need heavy weights. I‘m using 2x 0.5 kg (2x ~1.1lbs)

    Hi, Lara❤ so nice and beautiful ( second time around)🎉 I like your version of “thread the needle “. Can’t quite do “roll over “, so I did rolling like a ball ( which I like in Pilates). There is great benefit working slowly to feel everything. Super 😅 I also like the fact that we revisit workouts after few months😀

You’re absolutely right, moving slowly and mindfully really allows you to feel every detail of the exercise and get the most out of it. I also love revisiting workouts after a few months - it’s such a great way to notice your progress and keep evolving. Keep up the amazing work and enjoy your Pilates journey! 🧡

    Thank you so much for this much needed (for me) class. Excellent sequence! I've always had problems with the mermaid and it was no different here. I think I'm long waisted and that's why this move is hard for me. Nevertheless, I did it and I feel great! Thank you!

      @@FitLara_BarrePilates When I'm in mermaid position, I can only bend very little in the direction of the leg that's bent behind me, and even that feels uncomfortable and stiff. I am not really able to execute the full bend to that side and instead I remain mostly upright. No problems when I bend in the opposite direction with my leg bent up front. Thanks for asking!

    Hi, Franzi❤( happy birthday) and hi, Lara❤ how cool is that I was planning to do this workout after done Lara’s detox for digestion yesterday 😅 it’s been a while since I’ve done yoga. I was too hung up with some challenging yoga poses; but strangely enough, I am okay with some of Lara’s complex choreography 😅 go figure 🎉 rotational movements are fantastic 👌 are those kettlebells I see at the corner?     Just finished this amazing workout. Thank you, Lara! I was pretty sure that my arms were going to fall off at one point but then we moved to lower body and that kicked my butt too!       You can do this several times a week but please make sure to give your muscles some rest in between. I'd recommend to mix it up with some lower body work :)

    My favorite kind of upper body workout, light weight with good amount of reps that worked each muscle and fun! I started out with 3lb weights but quickly got humbled and switched to 2lbs each. I really enjoyed this one! Thank you, Lara!
