Ashley getting clothes lined was funny as hell.
This game is so effing tense. Every 2 minutes they throw some crazy scenario at you and just when you think they can't top it, it can't get any more intense: they top it!

9:37 has to be one of the funniest things I’ve seen in this new RE4 Remake. Never seen that before. Still chuckling as I try writing this. It’s especially funny that Leon ducks then she’s just standing behind him.
Ashley got clotheslined at 9:40. I never expected her to get hit like she was in the wwe.
Broken Butterfly (1:07:00) is a boss killer. Ammo for it is scarce and expensive to craft, so use it only on bosses. When its power is fully upgraded, plus the upgrade ticket (1:01:56), it deals 50 damage and makes boss fights much easier.

Just FYI Marz, when Ashley ran out of the locker, it would’ve most likely been because you accidentally pressed the button to that calls her over to you, I’ve done that a couple of times myself. And she ran out the second time because she automatically will when an encounter ends.

Nope, once you kill all the enemies in that area, she automatically runs out of that locker and comes to you, i tested it.
Ashley also comes out because the lockers can be damaged if fighting to close to it, and the locker or its door can fall
Same, i often mix the zoom n call button n ended up ashley run back to me instead😂😂
N also, when you taken out all the enemies or sometimes the major enemies of the area (like the chainsaw sisters) she also came by herself too...
@@Aumaan924 oh i haven't try dis one yet since i usually keep my distance from where she is hiding bcoz i worry one of the enemy can or know how to check this locker... Gonna try this on my next playthrough 😅😅
As always, amazing gameplay and fun to watch as you journey through the best RE ever imo. I loved your reaction to the broken butterfly power. It packs a punch and was a beast of a weapon in the OG as well haha.

I don't know what happened the first time with Ashley coming out of the locker on her own, but she does come out automatically when you've killed everybody. It doesn't sound like she knew that, she was yelling at Ashley, lol

Here's a tip: shoot the crows for items. This remake is so awesome. Viper can be used as health.

The punisher is the best handgun in the game
Gabs playthrough, mainly headshots and an ordered gear case. Marz's playthrough is hectic panic shots and an auto sorted case. I'm here for both. I suppose also gab played the original.

Yesterday i beaten chief mendez on a profesional difficulty it was insane he was tough as nails thank god for those chicken eggs i love collecting eggs in re4 especially during the easter holidays
As an old school Resident Evil fan, the way she uses the magnum is so painful
The golden egg has already been sold! Nooo!!! In the game there are 2 golden eggs and you can use them to defeat the Boss (Zalazar)
-When you throw one you take away 70% of life
-And with the 2nd you kill him at once without the need to spend ammunition
This hardly anyone knows And by now I imagine, you'll go further ((advanced live)). So if you are interested in the castle part you can find the other golden egg

Ashley keeps getting tired because Marz use the follow close by Leon at all costs. She needs to press the L3 button for when they're safe and she will not be tense all the time. That is why she keeps getting grabbed by the enemies. So this is a helpful tip.

Yeah, if you kee her in tight formation she will always stick close to leon (thus making her easy for grab by enemy too as far as my experience since she focus on keeping close to leon), loose formation on the other hand will kept her away from leon attack range while also doing her best to keep distance or resist a bit when enemy try to grab her
@@raidoukuzunoha2346 yeah, also the probability for shooting her by mistake is higher when keeping her at distance in a tight space or corridors with enemies coming at you. That is why you should consider your controls wise. I loved this game so much!
And still discovering new things and new animations. Like Leon helping her to climb things for platform strategies reaching his hands to her and talking to each other makes my heart warm haha

@@raidoukuzunoha2346 I have to say, I can't stop playing and I'm in my fourth playthrought right now.
I started on Intense mode, then on professional and gave it a try for assisted mode because after finishing the game on Professional I needed to take a break from the bosses levels hahahah
And finally with the normal difficulty with a new save data and no bonus weapons or upgraded stuff cause its so fun regardless. I'm totally looking for the platinum trophy for sure.
I love watching people play this game for the first time ever even with no experience with the OG before specially. Great reactions and EVERY girl is in love with the model of Leon Kennedy hahaha its so funny. 😅

Hey Marz, really loving the play through (actually watching your twitch VODS now as the rest isn’t yet uploaded lol). Just a tip, you should be using the “tight/loose formation” by pressing R3 (I know the choice of word is awful lmao), to tell Ashley to give you some space when you’re not fighting. You can see the icon on the bottom right of the screen, running icon (run with Leon) & crouch icon (stay back, give some space). That’s why she’s always up your butt and can’t catch her breath, you always leave it on running lol!

@@Marzz Yes, n also while in loose formation ashley will also focus on defending herself a bit by trying to avoid the enemy (n leon firing range) as well as try resisting when enemy try to grab her... Though if you like to take advantage on that, i use the tight formation to get the enemy to grab her easily n then go to knife kill them once she is grabbed (just need to be careful with the knife durability n u r not too far from her or surrounded to point u have difficulty running to her asap😅)

Kick the door with the lock 3 times to open them, or use your knife,
The default handgun that Leon was starting with is the best handgun imo, part it with Laser and you will have 100% accurate handgun, also its 5x crit chances is insanely good,
Keep the Riot Shotgun, its the best Shotgun in the game,
While in the Inlay Gemstones screen, press Square to see which combination is the best,
If Keys appear in your Sell screen, sell it, it's no longer serves any purpose,
Garradors are sensitive with sounds, he'll come at you if you: breaking object, run, and shoot
Flashbang could kill the parasite that come out of their head, save the Flashbang as much as possible, you'll need it a lot in the castle.
For me i think the red9 n later blacktail is my fav handgun... Once fully upgrade the red9 n added the stock part the gun is the best firepower in my opinion... Also, in the castle area i also found punisher is very useful too bcoz of the penetration power which useful against some enemy there...
Since i dont usually go for headshot (especially after they start to introduce the plaga enemies n the fact u will also encounter enemy wearing helmet) the critical rate is not my top choice but yes the perk is amazing for sure for leon's default handgun...

It doesn't matter if your health is high or low marz, some enemies have the capabilities to instant kill you, dr salvador n i belief this chainsaw sister is called Isabel capable to do such... Anyway, enjoying your playthrough as always😆👍

I think you must have panic clicked R3 for Ashley to come out of the locker, she does not come out unless told otherwise or the fight is over.

I wonder using the Bolt Gun would have been a better option to fight the Boss, the bolts are retrievable as well I hear, so you can re-use the bolts. You can also add explosives to the bolts so it detonates upon impact on an enemy.
For me i think it depends... The mines is useful to set as trap since it detonate upon enemy closing, n if u shoot it on the enemy they become the moving sensor before blasting... But it very hard to aim to boss that is very quick in mobility, the arrow is retrievable as long as it within your range to retrieve it n also for me i used to stun the enemy so i can go for knife kill, but may need to upgrade it more n may take some arrows for enemy like brute n the chainsaw lots since they much stronger than usual enemy...
Watched her play each of the remakes, without fail she’ll die while knifing enemies to save ammo even though she has 100 pistol bullets lol

I mean, RE 4 is all about escorting the president's daughter. You always worry about Ashley, she always getting taken. It's hard to do but that is part of the gameplay
