Luckily, my mom would just take me to the store and be like "what you want?" when it came to game stuff. Then I'd find something and she'd say I would have to act surprised on Christmas. Greatest thing I ever got without knowing was the Gameboy Color, with Pokemon Blue and Links Awakening DX. First time I ever heard of Pokemon, and I spent a lifetime on that game.

That Viper Mini is actually a pretty good mouse, so there's a high chance it's been pilfered from the set.
i checked them out at a local, before this video existed, yeah, it opens pretty easy, notified the owner, now you get a nice razer sticker covering the flap. lol

i never understood why people talk about how loud the fans are on a gaming pc then immediately jam on a set of headphones while using the pc
Well, it depends on the headset, the one I use is open-back, which means it doesn't block the ambiant noise AT ALL, when my fans crank up, I can hear it almost as well as if I had nothing.
In all seriousness, there are two and a half reasons:
1. Whiny high-RPM fans, such as laptop/console/stock-office-computer-grade cooling systems, will buzz-saw into your brain even through closed-back headphones.
2. Highly personal IMHO. Closed-back ("isolating") headphones are fundamentally worse than open-backs. You put closed-back headphones on an unsuspecting singer before stuffing them into a recording booth, so while they sing, music and metronome in their headphones don't bleed into the microphone. But if you plan on listening to the headphones yourself - use open-back headphones or a set of good speakers. A-and neither open-backs nor speakers isolate you from fan noise.
2.5. Sometimes, even the hardiest PC-user has to remove their headphones. That's when crappy cooling fans will get you by their banshee screeches. ☺

Why this funny to me?
So fun fact about the first Namco cabinets MyArcade released. They're all NOAC's, and the ROM has four different games on it. Depending on the jumper setting on the board, you either have a Pac-Man, Dig-Dug, Rally-X or Galaga cabinet. If you disassemble it and pull the board out, and re-jumper the connections, you can play the other games. Some enterprising hackers have put in toggle switches to allow other games! IDK if they have changed that, but there you go. If you've got a gamer who's also a hardware tinkerer, these are actually nifty little cabinets, at least the Namco game based ones are!
Yeaaaaaah, on Tuesday ALL facilities everywhere were ground to a haunt due to the server failure for a solid 12-16 hours, putting us days upon days behind, and then Friday night we lost an entire US warehouse, so the logistics network is in chaos

This one hurt a little. I just recently ordered an Asus VG279 27 inch 144Hz IPS panel from Amazon, and it somehow got "lost" and never showed up. The Mouse not being in the Razer box is pretty standard fair from Walmart though. People tend to open boxes, and steal what they can easily pocket because literally NONE of the employees ever pay attention. Theft is so bad at the Walmart by my apartment they had to put all the men's shaving gear in a giant locked case, and you have to snag an employee to get them to open it. That's like looing for the water key in Zelda Ocarina of Time. Good luck finding a jackass to open the case, because they never seem to exist. All that for a $3 bottled of shaving gel, lol.

That's sad you didn't get the Viper Mini as this was the only one really worth (for fingertip grip user) peripheral in the selection.
That being said, if we look the box properly before you open it, we can see a curve in the box, which probably mean the box had already been opened before you got it. So either Walmart sold you a returned product as new or either somebody found a way to steal the mouse. As I can confirm the mouse is enough small to pass through the curve.

Can confirm, G502 is pretty neato, especially with the wheel set to infinite scroll.
The G-Hub software can be a bit finicky regarding the profiles (and having them recognised in-game), though it works well enough, and the ability to rebind all the buttons has seen a -lot- of use.
If you happen to have a wireless Logitech mouse, then you have to pray to god GHUB actually works.

I have a4tech 700 series for many many years now (over 10 probably) and kinda want to swap it to something with better quality materials but basically no other mouse on the market features that nice extra button basically on top of LMB I'm so used to >.>
And with that I've learned that the actual options are not that many when it comes to mice at least. Come to think of it, not that many keyboards readily available without going into customs territory/if you don't have access to mechanicalkeyboards wares for one reason or another. And headset market outright sucks because everyone just tells you "get a separate mic instead".
How did it come to the point where the market for gaming stuff is so huge but there's basically no real competition with razer getting money with not so much effort with just marketing?

In all seriousness, if it's defective I return it, like the razer kit with the missing mouse. Otherwise I keep a lot of it for use in later videos, which happens a lot. I often give something away and the need it like two days later for a video, so I do tend to hoard a bunch of it. 😅

In regards of the G502, I have been using it (HERO) for almost a year now and with relatively big hands it has been amazing. I used to use quite shitty mice and decided to buy it after some hesitation but I have 0 regrets. Definitely recommend it if you have struggled with mice being too small or hurting after a while. By no means truly ergonomic but it is way better than cheap mice!
Agreed. I have the same mouse. I like a heavier mouse so I like that I can add more weight.

Just a note on the headset they have surround sound which you can activate in razer's synapse software and this greatly increases the sound of the headset and make it sound a ton better

The Blackweb mouse is practically just the old Onn Walmart gaming mouse (which I'm still using, by the way) with a Blackweb logo printed on it in a different packaging. The Onn version has no logo on it, which was great. Love the unbranded generic-ness.
