Tomato. .pyaaz.. Kaaju... Magaj... Namak.. Haldi.... Pani.. Taaki pyaaz dub jaaye.. Boil on medium flame . Chalate rahe... Thanda kar paste bana lein. . Yah master gravy jeera powder..namak...red chilli powder...haldi...dhania powder...kichen king...garam masala...ginger garlic paste..pani daal kar mix kar tadka ke liye khada masala..tel mein daal kar thoda bhun lein.mix masala daal kar oil mein bhun lenge..pakne ke baad pisa gravy ab daal dein..continue chalate rahe..taaki tali mein lage nahi.side mein lagne laga hain tab gravy pak gaya hai...gravy .taiyaar hai thanda kar 10 days tak rakh sakte hai... 50 dish bana sakte hain..
Matar paneer ke liye.. Oil garam kar choo onion bhun lein jeera 1/2 spoon green chopped chilli. Fry.. Tomato.. Fry.. Ek spoon ginger garlic paste.. Fry... Masala ek spoon haldi mirch namak dhania.. Garam masala.. Daal kar paani mein frozen matar daal kar paka lein. Master gravy daal kar paneer daal kar dheere dheere paka denge.. Matar panir taiyaar hain butter & cream daal kar serve karein.
Sir isko konse fridge me rakna hai aur har din garam karna hai kya

There is no proper measurement for each ingredient just random addition of each ingredient dumping together and cooking doesn't make sense. Ideally he could have shown in small qty would have been more useful. Whole thing was very confusing.

Jub apnay gravy mn onion, tomato spices sub daala hai to dobara mattar paneer mn dalnay ka kiya faida... gravy banany k kiya faida k phir sub kuch daal k pakain???? 2, 2 bar time waste krn
aapne carefully dekha hai ? FIRST gravy mein onion tomato etc ko pehale boil kiya. This can be stored for weeks and saves time later. Second time onion and masalo ko fry kiya as tadka for fresh flavor and taste. Ghar ke aur hotel ke food mein yahi difference hai. Yeh vedio restaurants ke like hai. Roz ghar ke cooking ke liye nahi hai

Hum b iss tarah gravy bana k freez krty hn, or jub b vegi, daal, meat kuch b pakana ho to sirf wo gravy oil mn few minutes fry kr k pani or vegis etc daal kr cook kr laitay hn, which saves a lot of time. But jo gravy hum banatay hn wo start sy onion fry kr k banae jati hai, wo b aaik shef ny seekhae thi. Life easy ho jati hai, bar bar onion tomato garlic banana ni prta
