This series will cover all classic Doom demons, examining their original forms and their more recent iterations. These videos take longer to produce, so I will be releasing them in parts, eventually compiling them into one hour-long video. Hope you like it!

I appreciated the fact that in Eternal if you glory kill a Specter, they lose their transparency but you can see they have no front carapace, indicating that they are able to be shot in the front.
This seems obvious but realistically they didn't have to do this on an enemy that is invisible 99% of the time.
Also i don't think they Knights are smaller in Eternal and 2016 than Doom 3. In Doom 3 you're playing as just some dude in an alternate reality so he's average hight. Doomslayer however is like 7 feet tall so obviously the knights would look smaller to him.
In Doom eternal artbook, hell knight on concept arts also have Green energy on hands, In two of them are depicted with horns and one of them is literally based on his look in Doom 2, I can also note that one of Doom 4 leftover icons inside Doom 2016 closed alpha, also shows he's head with horns, and in newer Doom 2016 tech demo footages from noclip' channel showed that he had a range attack where he launched the same projectile as the cyberdemon in the second phrase from he's not augmented arm.

The Hell Knight is quite interesting as unlike most other demons staying mostly the same you can see a clear evolution of changes through the games for them.

I think it's a shame that pinkies lost their stampedes after Doom II. Maybe with Dark Ages supposedly grounding the slayer and slowing things down a bit they'll be able to bring that back.

Many of the monsters in Doom 4 (aka 2016 but I refuse to call it that) seem to have taken inspiration from Metroid Prime. In fact a lot of elements of that game seem to come from Prime (such as the 3D map working very similar, or the platforming in Eternal. The walls you can grip look almost exactly like the ones you can grip in Prime 2 for the screw attack).
For instance, the pinkies work almost exactly like the baby sheegoths (I think it was called a sheegoth? It's been a very long time since I played that game. I should pick it up again sometime). The revenants are like the aerial pirates.

Someone already said that in other video, but why alphabetical order? It doesn't make any sense and makes the "narrative" super confusing for someone that doesn't know the beastiary by heart. Arachnatron, Arch-ville and Commando before stuff like zombieman and shotgunners? Serious why?

I can't figure out this channel man... Seems to be a bunch of different people? Seems to cover a lot of same stuff, almost in a content farm way, but much higher quality than a content farm. I just don't understand how there can be seemingly so many people behind one channel except for the fact it never seems to be cohesive in one direction and then I believe it's not just one person.
Is this AI? Is this multiple creators working together? I don't fucking know.
The highest quality content seems to be narrated by an American guy... But then you have this default british sounding guy in some other videos... It wouldn't be so confusing if they had more subscribers but they have very few so this number of people working on one channel seems weird. i would say they're stealing content, but it does sound like the same few people between the vids. I just know the earlier videos with the american sounding voice over seem much better researched and well made. Maybe just the fact there are more desperate americans looking for a $ since overseas has better safety nets? I dunno. The english dude on this video even has a sever lisp with almost every word ending in a noticeable 'thhhhhh' sound... Are any of them real?
Yeah, they are AI voices. I'm using a service where people record their voices and put them on a site so that others can use them for their projects. The British man whose voice you can hear in most of my older videos sadly removed his voice from the site, and I was not able to use it anymore. To make sure this doesn't happen again, I decided to use my voice for future videos. It’s not as good, but at least it will never get removed without my consent. I do hear the lisp, and I'm currently working on re-recording my voice to make it less noticeable. I'm not a voice actor, nor do I have the best recording equipment, but I'm trying my best to make it less distracting so that people can focus on the content that I'm trying to present.

I dont know if you noticed this but in doom 3 you can hear an eerie audio with cutscene before encountering the spider queen, cutscene goes llike this "They took my babies" followed by a scream. would love to see your take on that.
It is possible that the reason why the Doom movie Hell Knights did not have their plasma fire is because it takes place almost 100 years before Doom 3 and as such they may not have had the ability at the time or it may have been because those Hell Knights were only recently created.
In Doom 3, in the Delta Labs, it was noted that there was possibly some kind of demonic pathogen that gradually converted people, similarly to the C24 in the movie.
I personally liked the chainsaw Hell Knight, so awesomely metal.
