Hey there all you awesome subscribers how are you all today? Really good I hope. Today I make some room and get rid of this large fan I was going to fix up for my shed but as I have a better fan and this isn't working too great I thought I would obviously just melt it down and add it to the stack. A nice clean aluminium and copper pour today and one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had. So sit back relax enjoy today's long video and if you stick around there's some fanmail opening at the end. Take care BSafe and have an absolutely awesome weekend my friends😁👋🏻
Another fantastic vid. Love motor melts. Last week the town where I live had the annual city clean up. One can put most anything out to the curb for disposal. (Minus hazardous materials of course.) I had a junk washing machine and snowblower to dispose of. Perfect time to delve into tearing such things apart. I kept the motor and wire out of the washing machine and the snowblower was a small lightweight model. Almost everything metal on that is aluminum! (All the steel went to the curb. When steel is set out it doesn't take long for a scrap collector to snag it up.) One could say I'm starting to build my stash to start melting. I'll be ordering my furnace soon. Have a grand weekend!
Another good one mate! The extreme closeups are kinda new to your repertoire. New camera? or did you decide macro would be a good addition to the videos? I think the closeups are great! I'll have to catch up on your vids in 3 weeks! Me and a mate are riding our Harleys about 9,000km over 16 days. Through outback NSW, Qld, up to Darwwin, down to Adelaide and back through Broken Hill. An epic adventure! Have a good weekend mate.
Thanks again buddy 👊😁, Damn that's a hell of a ride ,The furthest I ever rode mine was only 5 hours to lunch and 5 hours back but a hell of a good ride. I miss my Street Bob but unfortunately I just didn't have the time to ride it and it would sit there for months unridden 😒
I’m glad you liked my old license plates. Yes, the small plates were from my Harley. Enjoy the socks, and I can’t wait to see how you display my old plates on your wall.
Thanks again buddy that was definitely one of the best packages I have received . when I get some spare time I wanna get all my plates on the walls and just cover every brick completely 😁Thanks again Ben your awesome , have a great week👊
I love these videos! I especially enjoy the dog section. I just lost my 12 year old dachshund on May 1st so I can appreciate the love that you have for your little guys. Cheers from the States!
Less than 30 KG AWAY!!!! I had a big smile on my face from fan mail opening I can only image what an honor it is to have fans who love what you do bro including myself! That drawing was too cute and those air craft pieces are exciting!! Hope you enjoy your week bro and see you on Friday!
Tip: Only cut one end of the copper on the motor stator. With only one end removed, the other end can be easily levered out with a large screw driver. Bigger pieces means easier handling and less mess also. Love your channel bro 👍
I really love the scenery around your new place the birds aware great to see and all your little critters are neat to see. Living in Saskatchewan Canada is boring it’s flat and in eventful. And we like seeing Ingot and bullion are great little addition to your videos. Thanks for doing them. My son and I bought a forge and really enjoy the melting time we get.
wow the shop is so neat n tidy :@) love the trails the water leaves racing out to your pretty freshly mowed yard you get treats sky puppies get treats dog puppies get treats and for some reason today your camera is so much clearer and has amazing definition nice melt neat presents = a great way to start the weekend thank you n keep up the great work
Nice! I'm just about ready to do another copper melt myself. I stripped 200ft (61m) of 10AWG extension cord today and I have a lot of other copper scrap ready. Just need to get a propane refill and it's melting time. Molten copper is my favorite color!
Ah yes…the great BigstackD; the smelter of metals, the castor of ingots and saviour of animals 👍🏻 Great video as always my dude! ❤️🔥 Almost at the 1000 kg mark! 🥳🥳🥳
I love your videos. I've got my first little cheap furnace coming in the mail today and hopefully I will be all set to use it Sunday. I got about 10ish pounds/5ish kg of solid brass from my dad so I will probably start with that. Keep up the great work.
I can completely understand why you have over 1.4 million subscribers and you deserve triple that! Absolute genius when it comes to your videos and I love everyone I have seen so far. Your dogs are awesome and your home is stunning. Thank you once again for another amazing and funny video. FAN FOR LIFE! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Mail call is always fun. I bet you never imagined you'd be opening fanmail from a kid As an American I am slightly reassured by some of your bigsnacks. I don't actually know of a place where you could even get a burger like this one.
It is so weird seeing parrots in your yard. Just not something I am used to seeing. Little salamander/lizard guy was cute too...thank you for taking time to put him somewhere safe even if your copper did freeze up. That burger looks sooo good. I shouldn't be getting hungry at 530am! It must be getting close to winter down there. I can tell by the outside light level. I enjoyed this one and look forward to the next one!
Another rockstar video, you have some awesome wildlife there, wish we had parrot like birds and cool lizards here. Thanks and keep up the awesome work!
I took a fan like that, swapped the electric motor for a small gas engine and made a heater. Of course it took mods to the engine and fan with lots of shrouding work but I got my heater. I also added an alternator for an electric/battery system in my work space. During the summer I use the fan mostly to remove fumes but winter it dumps hot air directly into my workshop
Absolutely awesome melt as always thank you for sharing and it's the first time you mentioned your family please extend my warm regarded to them and may your futures be bright ❤🌹❤👏👏👏👍👍
get such big laughs each time big... your humor... we've been subscribed since 200k... btw the thing rolling out of frame in driveway, then back in frame... 😂 we'll send something from hawaii soon!! peace and love... hugs to the boys.
Nice video again mate Be interesting to weight the ash from the vanish coating to see if it’s worth 3 to 4 dollars less for no.2 wire at the scrap yards
The Simpsons came to mind with the knife. "You call that a knife? This is a knife!" "That's not a knife that's a spoon." "I see you played knify spoony before."
I've been watching this channel for 3 years. Watching you slowly get closer and closer to 1 ton. You know you're gonna have to add up everything you have so we know how much money all that is worth. Have you thought about what your 1 ton cast will be? What kind of metal, what shape it'll be? I can't freaking wait, we've all been waiting patiently for this milestone!

Your firework sure does seem to attract lots of friends who you think would be oppose to heat.
I'm happy
I wanna learn how to do these things. Seems like a great way to relax. Breaking things apart, melting them down, drinking a brewski. Living the dream
I love the disassemble process 👍🏻. Have a great weekend buddy!
Cheers buddy have a great week mate👊😁
Every time he skims the slag off of some aluminum I help thinking, "Forbidden marshmallow fluff."
Oh man! Ingot always looks like he's living his best life.
I find your attitude towards your Appliances to be hillarious!
You're like a Farmer for metal animals!
"You'd better be GOOD or i'll MELT YA!"
If you’re not sure if a piece is ally or stainless, just hit it with the grinder before trying to take it all apart. Ally won’t throw any sparks
does ally mean aluminium or alloy
@@prat751 aluminium
That bird checking out the water trails had me in stitches for some reason

i love that cheeky willy wag tail comeing to check out the water streams across the drive!
I really love the slowed down timing of doggy cam. 😊 🐕 🐶 Was thinking that one human year is seven dog years, so 7x should be appropriate... 😅
The improvements on the property look nice bro. Keep these vids coming, look forward to them every week.
***LOVE*** Australian birds!!!!! I want to go to Australia to see the WONDERFUL kookaburra!!!!! Your magpies and parrots are MEGA COOL too!!!!!

I reckon you should line the ceiling with the number plates, all facing down. That would be so cool!
I come to watch the casting but my favorite parts are him actually taking the things apart lol
I liked the way you melted the aluminum out of that armature.....well done sir...
This VIKING with the jewelry, tats, and the iWatch makes some GREAT VIDEOS!!!! FUN-KNEE !!!!

Ingot is such a classic doggy... Sacked out on that couch... Awesome...
Awesome video as always. Watching Copper cool never gets old and every pattern is unique. Love fan mail openings.
I just subscribed to the channel today. For some reason I find it therapeutic watching things being melted and cast.

The close ups of the little lambs sucking on the bottle warms my heart.

Just finished from work grap a beer and bigstack casting!! That's the best
Cheers from Greece everybody
Ah time for my midmorning coffee and rusks Bigsnack, while watching Bigstackd.
Stay awesome brother.
Love from a slightly chilly South Africa
Excelente tus videos, te pregunto cuánto tiempo tardas en fundir el cobre? Saludos desde Argentina
Man you should do a new house tour! I don’t think we got one since you moved into this super beautiful property!
I had to laugh at the little lizard trying to get away from you so near the furnace.
Another great video. Almost at the target, been watching since around 400kg.
Super fan mail opening.
Excellent haul on the license plates! There are several I'd love to have in my collection! The small ones seem like motorbike plates.
Ingot was like "5 more minutes dad" lol
nice, those are some good doors. Keeps all of the little guys out, I hope. i love the videos keep up the good work sir.
A other great video. Love how dogtime runs just a little slower than regular time. 👍😁
Great video! Nothing like a copper melt, aluminum melting out of the steel was pretty wild. Take care!
I love the quality and quantity of your videos. I don't usually comment, just wanted to say something today. And your shop has grown awesomly. ❤
And the fact you recycle everything is great
Awesome copper bar and aluminum bar thanks for sharing bigstackd

Nice melt, & that burger is a perfect end to a day👍
I recently picked up a fan about the same size, I'm hording copper, I just need a better forge.
At 5:19 remind me "2001 A Space Odyssey" of Kubrick.
Thanks for yours videos. Love from France.

I'm just here for the puppers. Everything else is just a bonus. 😀
thank you for sharing the adventure and information and experiences 😊
I like how amazed the bird was to see the water running on the ground at 19:20
I took a fan like that, swapped the electric motor for a small gas engine and made a heater. Of course it took mods to the engine and fan with lots of shrouding work but I got my heater. I am just here for the pups and the pours! Great stuff!

Nice idea , only clean with a brush and coat a bar with epoxy , i think you get a nice bar like this
Excelente fundição amigo, parabéns por nos mostrar sua técnica e eficiência em fundição de cuper e aluminum.

Not sure why but melting metal is like therapy, copper always looks like it's from another planet when it's melted
This was great a nice pore and a lizard rescue...he realy wanted in the show, must have been a big fan of yours
You lucky dog , , , To have those beautiful birds in your back yard ! So sad we don`t see them here in the Adirondack Mountains In N.Y. ...........

This went well with my morning coffee.

Nice job Mr BigstackD..❤️🇯🇵
Well thank you very much Monica I really appreciate your comment👊🏻😁
Your dogs are cute and your content is awesome
I saw that Dallas mask.
I NEED A MEDIC BAG!
Aww. I rather liked the vague ridiculousness of the unicorn notebook. I get it if it ran out of pages or fell apart, though.
Picking up a lot of tips watching your videos to, good shit keep ‘em coming mate
Only 22 hours of sleep! So true, some do love to sleep more than others.
Nice video again mate
Be interesting to weight the ash from the vanish coating to see if it’s worth 3 to 4 dollars less for no.2 wire at the scrap yards
Sweet valknut ring you got there.
The Simpsons came to mind with the knife. "You call that a knife? This is a knife!"
"That's not a knife that's a spoon."
"I see you played knify spoony before."
I would LOVE a "Melt the Shelf" episode. Emptying of all the glass jars. :-)
That little thing is adorable
Love those birds!
