I think the first one. The green you wear is my favourite. Definitely will have to try some of these. I'm just a beginner but will see... Needs to be really easy to make. Any suggestions for my first adult dress? I've made some for my little girl but nothing for me so far
First let me set the tone - because I would never ever wish to offend you, I am saying this laughingly and in a light hearted manner, but, Please please please don’t lose our Aussie vernacular - we Australians have the seasons of Summer, Winter, AUTUMN and Spring! I celebrate the differences in all cultures and I’m conscious of not losing our Australian culture, expressions etc. loved your Aussie Christmas decorations bounty, I thought it was an amazing thought to put that together to show other countries how much we loved the flora and fauna native to us. (That we actually have flora and fauna native to us and what it is) I absolutely love tuning in to you and am so proud we have an Aussie sewing channel that has the high caliber that you offer. I’m currently trying to retrain my grandies from saying ‘trash can’ and going back to calling it the bin, amongst many other Americanisms. 😂😂🥰
Love the Tilley & the buttons dress…I’ve dismissed it but seeing your fabric choices makes me want it! Just shows how important fabric choices are….also reminds me how rubbish I am at choosing fabric! Ps yes, the stripes looked fab!..and wow, the red jumpsuit looked great on you!
I love this episode Kristen. I am afraid I cannot choose 1 or 2 favourite.Actually I don't think I sew. dress that I wouldn't want to sew up. Lovely collection, I have to up my game on the dresses :) Thank you for the overview and modelling, really enjoyed it!
So many💕 today my fav is the Dream On in that gorgeous red double brushed poly. Great to see it i would have been apprehensive to do the ruffled tier. It looks great .
Hi Kristen. Thanks for the roundup. It was really useful for me. I love the stripey iceberg. And the sweater dress in the gorgeous paapii print. And I love how you wore the Lois with a polo neck underneath. I don’t know why that ever occurred to me to do that🤷🏼♀️
What a lovely selection of styles and fabrics you have made. All look great on you, especially the striped long dress and the red jump suit , so flattering!
Beautiful outfits and so much inspiration. You make me want to make them all. But I am going to get a couple of them. Love the Tilly and the Buttons one. Thank you for sharing.😃❤
These are fantastic I totally agree on dream on I also like the follow me with a bishop sleeve hack ( pattern emporium ) and I love the Sinclair Joanne and the new Sinclair violet
I love a lot of them on you. The simple green wrap dress you are wearing is a great shape and the green is perfect with your colouring so it's one of my favourites. You really have a great sense of colours and patterns that suit you.
Kristen, each dress was lovely, but I have to say you look absolutely fabulous in the red Zadie jumpsuit!! I haven’t worn dresses in quite a while, but am inspired to sew one or five :) Thanks for sharing!
Gosh, my all time favourite is the Tessuti Lois dress, then I love the first dress in green and last week, I even bought the Entice me dress patter. I just have to find the right fabric. There's so many dresses I'd love to make, it seems there's never enough time. Thanks cor so many beautiful transitional pieces. You look fabulous!! I forgot, do you remember what size you made the Lois dress? I'm so afraid of making the wrong size.
Thank you for giving us some autumn vibes! I totally agree with you about the horizontal stripes. It keeps your eyes moving when you look at it. I liked the silhouette of the iceberg dress, just the right amount of ease. The Shelby romper, and the Pattern Emporium Dresses looked great. You look fabulous in everyone!
I love all the dresses but I have a few faves: the very easy vogue, the Every day’s a weekend and the lovely green one you are wearing! I NEEDto make more dresses! Cheers!
I think Pinafore dresses are great for layering and can be made in a variety of fabric weights. I've made the Jennifer Lauren Dulcie Pinafore. I love the princess seams and the more fitted look. I've made mine in corduroy for Winter, but I could see it in a linen for warmer months with a tee shirt underneath. Thank-you for sharing your makes with us.
What a great selection of dresses Kristen - hard to choose but probably the Dhurata Davies and the Vogue dress are my favourites. Hopefully you get to wear them soon when you are out of lockdown!
I love all of these dresses! I have a heck of a time with my double brushed poly or jersey dresses sticking to my tights. It's so dry in this climate. Do you have any suggestions?
So much great inspiration, even for those of us already suffering through early summer. I adore what you’re wearing, and will definitely buy that pattern❤️. The Tezutti Lois Dress (I Love!!) has been on my wish list for a while now - just waiting for more size inclusivity to allow for a size 18/20 (or for me to lose two dress sizes to fit into the current maximum size 16, which ever comes first😂).
I'd love to know your favourite pick from my Autumn Fashion Dresses? Thanks for watching!

From memory it was the size 14?

Love, love, love the dresses! The eye-shaped cut out dress made in bright colors is my favorite. The Vogue pattern dress was a close favorite too.
It's a great shape!
What a great selection of dresses Kristen - hard to choose but probably the Dhurata Davies and the Vogue dress are my favourites. Hopefully you get to wear them soon when you are out of lockdown!
I hope so too!
