I looked around my room, trying to think what the simplest change I could do, something to replace the scrolling after this video is over... I'll read a couple of pages of Limitless expanded edition that I bought 2 months ago and I've only read 1 page of 😶‍🌫️ wish me luck. Thank you for the encouragement

I’m trapped in doom scrolling. It has ruined my sleep, creativity, learning capabilities and performance. Naturally this has impacted my health and everything I do.

Great to hear this information. I've been on a journey in my life. Adhd has afflicted me all my life . I did my best family ,own a business juggling all my life affairs. Till I hit a wall of pain of dark depression. Drank and drugged with malice . Found the 12 step AA program It took me 8 years to get centered in my truth. Truth is the only cure.

Kwik I really admire you, but there is thing I've got from you in your book limitless that has transformed my whole life that thing is " knowledge is not power instead it is a potential of powe" from then on I always try to implement what I learn.

Thanks for doing this interview! I’ve had bulimia for many years now and my executive functioning has really gone down the drain. It seems like there are different ways to look at addiction, but I can really relate to the dopamine perspective. I’ve been trying to remind myself that wanting is not the same as liking.

I love this, I have cut back on a lot of stuff so that I can get more done. My problem is watching TV. I find that I am leaving it off more so that I can be more productive.

In a past marriage I was not attended to sexually.
When my daughter's died, he wasn't available to me.
He suffered from dementia and bipolar disease.
    He left me for another.
I now am a DVS by his hands.
I'm so fried out on men. 🤔What to do...
    He cleaned me out financially.

I stopped drinking over 16 years ago. I’ve been going to AA for 37 years. It took me a long time to finally stop. I did it by having a desire to stop drinking. This guy does not know what the heck he’s talking about. At 0:04 which is at the beginning of this video he said overcoming addiction. It’s not about being strong it’s being smart. WRONG! The person has to go to their rock-bottom to finally have the desire to stop. And I don’t like your hook at.0:41
