Happiness is a feeling, and as all feelings, they come and go. If you chase happiness you’re on the wrong path. Same with thoughts. Feel them, see them, but don’t associate with them! You must have a path to follow, whatever that path is for you, once you have that you know where you’re going. “No wind can help you sail, if you don’t know where you’re going “ you’re just drifting with no purpose. Stay disciplined, stay focused, stay strong! Peace out ✌🏻

Happiness is a combination of spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional well-being, not just a single state of mind.

Loved hearing about how curiosity extends life!❤ Unfortunately, society has been discouraging curiosity and asking questions.

PTG = Post Traumatic Growth...we often forget that every single person we look up to today to inspire us and help us to become happier, more successful, more in love, healthier, smarter, and at one with THEE has that story of traumatic growth. We see them now and it just seems as if they had to have been born that way.✌🙏😇

your insights remind us that memory is not just a fixed trait but a skill that can be developed with the right techniques. 💡 By focusing on motivation, attention, and practice, we can enhance our ability to remember names and faces, ultimately strengthening our relationships and connections.

There are things that are not doable in South Africa if you don't have a job or sufficient resources (social security) , it's not able to get to the happy mindset with things that cost money , exercise and a specific diet require regular practice with use of social security and it's sometimes can only be done in smaller amounts. . .

I always look for a reason to smile whether it is the sunny day, family and friends or just the birds chirping! Smiling leads to happiness every time! Try it and see if finding positive things around you that make you smile increases your happiness! 😀👍
