Hi Bruce, .. If you were to just change the shifter cable would that not work too? In my case I can always select sport mode and every other gear, just does not stay in D, have to hold it, at least that is the way it was during, winter.. these days things are back to normal, so more suspicious about the cable.. than the shifter itself. ...but need to do this job eventually. Thanks for posting.. also love this truck..
Yes your fight I could’ve just change the shifter cable I realized that when I bought the new one that it was the cable actually bad The bolt underneath on the cable was corroded a lot of rust Thank you for watching though appreciate it
