Hello, that depends on how big the headlights are. We say ca. 2-4. Once you activated the product its good for usage for about 8h. It also depends on the ambient temperature, warmer = shorter, colder = longer
@spraymax Mine were not this bad. minor yellowing and i used a 3 step polish after a wet sand at 2000. am i safe to use a surface cleaner then spray this on or do i need to redo and sand more?
Remember it is important not to breath this stuff in OR allow spray near your eyes - (if you are DIY - please use it outside on a day that isn't windy)
I've used aerosols over many years - I used a respirator with this one but still managed do some kind of harm to my eyes which lasted weeks - this was new to me. @@bjornnylander8754
I think people are beginning to realise the negatives of using this awful stuff, You need to stream on how to remove 2kmax from headlights after 3years or so!!!

@@spraymax Thanks 😊
@spraymax and why some lens are yellow and some other are the top peel off ?
@@alanw5812 This may well be due to the different headlamp manufacturers that different types of ageing symptoms occur.
@@spraymax 2 to 4 cans for 2 headlights?
@spraymax what if i need to polish the lacquer after drying to remove any orange peel? Use paper or compound? What grits would you recommend?
It depends on the extent of the orange peel. Generally we would recommend sanding with P1500 moist. Afterwards polish it.

Hi, to get a pleasing result you unfortunetaly have to start from scratch and do the 6 sanding steps.

So why not wear protective gear for the 5 mins you are spraying ...
Ain´t it obvious?

Is IR drying required if time is not an issue?
Hi, there is no issue. You can also let it dry overnight. Just make sure it dries with room temperature.
@@spraymax thank you for the quick response! Settled my fears
