Or in my country Pakistan,after they give you 4 or 5 training completion certificate and experience certificate but after that there is a exam called fcps part 2 for your speciality aka Exit exam but they take fcps part 2 exam to called yourself a consultant or to get consultant level jobs and its almost 6 months long exam system ,or do we need that certificate too? In oue country pakistan after completion of traing u get certificate but can not aply for consultant post, people do practice privately as consultant.....
