I found that an 18 gauge brad nailer worked best. 1.25" nails. The nailer I used in the video broke, so I'm currently using one from harbor freight. www.harborfreight.com/18-gauge-brad-air-nailer-64140.html
Looks great, I wish I could rent you out to do this to a feature wall in my kitchen since it’s hard trying to convince my husband, he’s really negative about the look & says it will look dated in a few years but I don’t agree but... what do you expect from someone that lacks basic interior design skills & overthinks things. Hopefully, I can change his stubborn mind. Thanks for this helpful video & providing excellent tips & tricks for planning & executing a beautiful wood paneled feature wall.
@@projectreaDIY That is awesome. It is almost a religious experience to watch him. We were at Indian Wells that year as well and saw him in earlier rounds. So smooth.
Excellent video, very helpful. I've looked at many of these and your video gets 9 out of 10 boards.
Great job, love it!!!

Awesome work. Came out great bud. I’ll definitely need to check out the wood product
good job
thank you!
Hi! Excellent video! Did you use a pin or brad nailer? Can you provide the manufacturer of the one that you used? Thanks!

Thanks! I hope it doesn't go out of style too soon, but if it does at least it's not that hard to take down.
What type of nail did you use when you changed in the middle of your work?
I switched to an 18 gauge 1.25 inch nail, which worked well
My favorite part of the video (besides the finished project) is your RF hat.

I was lucky to see him play live once, beating Wawrinka in the 2017 Indian Wells final. Tough to come back from knee surgery - will miss him
