It hit me when you explain it by saying "you're not keeping your world together by thinking about it". This is what I personally kept spinning in the mind that this endless thinking and caring for thoughts is useful but as you say, it has 0 value, does not help whatsoever. Falling into trust mode, that's the thing I need to do.

What came to me reading a book on Buddhism, was that "I'm so attached to my own thoughts it causes me to have headaches."
Thank you so much sunny! You have reconfirmed this information to us all 🙇😁❤

whatever dialogo is now going on, have no care/no interest. dont care for anything that appears. just be. be alert/aware. The thoughts always wants to go to experience, action. Sink with this deeply and deeply in the unkown

Hey Sunny, thanks a lot again, the more I watch your content the more I understand myself, my body , my mind and my being.
I am a really positive and happy person, unfortunately got hit by a panic attack two month ago and kinda struggle with an anxiety disorder since. You and your Videos really helped me out a lot, it get less troubling everyday and even if I should relapse I'm going to accept it and see it as god given opportunity to grow and explore my true self so I am even more free than before the attack. In each case, really thanks for your efforts. :)

hey sunny! i absolutely love your videos and how you are able to explain everything so well and make it so simple to understand, you transformed my life in infinite incredible ways :) i have a question tho. i keep procrastinating on university work. im afraid that if i let go i would just be fine with not doing it and keep procrastinating. of course you could say that it might not be aligned with me since i know that in the state of presence i will always be guided to do whatever truly aligns with my path. i already realized that it doesnt and i dont think i'll work in this field later but now im like 99% done and my parents paid for it all these years and i just gotta finish it. will the studying take care of itself if i just let go and hand over control to the universe ? thank you very much, love what you do

okay nevermind, i figured out that the concern in my mind probably doesn’t help with the procrastination either lol, most likely just prolongs it so i’ll just let it all go. btw in these last 2 days of finally taking your advice serious and staying consistent with my practice, i’ve had so many blissful moments where i actually had to cry because it’s just so beautiful 😭 thank you again for all you do my friend, the value you bring to our collective thru these videos and also your fb group is ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS!!! ❤️❤️❤️ i’ve been subscribed since you had about 1k subscribers i think and it’s so awesome to see your channel grow more and more. everyone deserves to be liberated and the whole world should know about this stuff but i guess many are still at a point in their journey where they have to suffer a little bit more in order to want to discover their true self 😆

For me…there are thoughts which carries an emotional background , those are the ones who suck your attention and take all your energy, all of the sudden you realize your attention it’s been focused on this for a long period of time. Should I allow this emotion and feel it and accept it in order to this thought to loose his “power”…? Then is easy to not observe the content of that thought and just see it as thought.

When is it ok to think and explore your thoughts? Like if I’m trying to solve a work problem and that is on my mind or if I’m thinking about how to improve an interpersonal situation coming up with ideas I think would help…do you stop caring about those thoughts as well?

Hi sunny.. when you say see if you could drop the thought...how to do it. I mean i could see the negative thought arising and emotion building in body...but when you say drop it or let go... what do you mean by it exactly

Lose interest in it. A simple way to do so is bringing your attention to the body sensations or becoming aware of being aware

Hi sunny, I don’t know whether I am missing something but it become frustrating to sit and watch mind because I am not able to watch mind with distance it’s like in seconds my mind carried away into the stories aka thinking that I am not even able to watch it at distance then again I bring it to the breath or the sensations and again same thing happen by it actually becomes a work again again bring back the mind to the present moment because the identication with mind is so strong any suggestions so that meditation become easy rather being it feels like work???

Adding to this, surrender means total acceptance without expecting something to go away without expecting that it will change… but there are times when there is subtle expectation that doing this will make it transcend… that wanting that I have to transcend this fear… how not to expecting such things while practising these teachings…..

Both, accept that they are there but that doesn’t mean you have to identify with it as a truth
