You're totally right about this. People who hate games or who don't enjoy them like to blame all sorts of problems on games. The same people who like sports won't blame football for violence, but they will blame games. If games did indeed lead to violence, considering how many COD games have sold, you'd think there'd be a LOT more killing going on in America. The fact of the matter however is that most people who enjoy games can come to a realization that what you do in a game, on a screen, isn't real. And that's what makes games so awesome. At the end of the day the problem is simply this: people. Stupid people. They are the ones who cause the problems, and it's their fault, not the games or the other things around them. Games don't make anyone kill anyone anymore than the sky being blue is going to make you cry for joy simply cause it's blue.

Well said! I work with troubled teens for a living and 90% of the problem with disturbed kids is parenting or lack thereof. Nobody to blame but adults. The kids are obviously responsible for their actions, but the parents are to blame for not guiding or misguiding the kids. Great video!
