I think Desscares had Ichi get another Majik to present to the witches association as an offering since official did have her say “appeasement enough”. It also could mean Desscares could get in serious trouble with whatever council that will be evaluating Ichi if they didn’t get Raiko beforehand.
Yeah definitely! That’s exactly what I was thinking besides maybe her actually takin the whole “in trouble” thing seriously. Worst case I feel like for her would probably just be her being forced to handle mountains of paper work or something lol

Yato told me he wanted a long comment so I had to deliver. Also Nox seemed eager for a comment too so here I am. The fake chainsaw man is something I really need answered. Cause what even is it? The chainsawman devil so is the fear of chainsaw man itself? A portion of pochita taking on it's own form? An artificial thing of the church for their agenda? Fujimoto I'm expecting something good here. The divide between Yoru & Asa is great. The parallels between Yuji & Sukuna was a good one to bring up cause I got those vibes too. The aging devil seems to have made the contract with the Japanese government based on what it said to pochita. The power system is really on display for Centuria. Makes me excited to see what future fights will be like. Arkos already feels like a late stage fight. But his inexperience and lack of real challengers til this point does give him a lot of weaknesses, mentally speaking. Besides extra lives, these 100 people give Julian extra strength. SO I wonder if he's actually weaker and will grow weaker over time. Hopefully his battle IQ goes up with experience to supplement. I don't have much for Dandadan. This chapter was just to prove Okarun can be an active part of the team even without Turbo Granny. The pacing has slowed down a lot and will likely be like that for a short while. St Germain feels like endgame villain to me. Gachiakuta is so peak right now. Best part is this twist has been well foreshadowed. Biggest gachi tuber I know called this for a while. SO satisfying. I like the idea of Amo getting the revenge on Tamsy. Cause I have no idea what the play is right now. Also the giant dark entity Rudo saw is called the Watchman (for now anyway) Galaxias was a while ago so I forgot a lot. But I remember it's an exposition chapter. One of the weaker ones of the series but I'm still enjoying everything so far. Negi & Gege both out here with top tier chapter titles. Cause honestly I feel usually it gets skipped past unless the manga goes out of it's way to highlight it. Also I feel the Boys comparison is very valid. Think people only get mad due to their feelings on the quality of each property and intent. As someone who read through the Boys comic it was certainly a strong vendetta against heroes with some propaganda that could make certain people uncomfortable. Ranger meanwhile is trying to tell a story about our society and media. Yet both have a lot of similar elements like heroes (& villains) being a product sold to us. thanks for the shoutout Yato. I did indeed say anticlimax was peak for Ranger (and I usually hate those things). Glad you read my comment Traffy. Ichi still in the setup phase so I don't have too much here. But it was nice to see some hunting tactics. a good preview of what's to come. Plus now ichi has a magik he can use without fainting (at least I think). Don't think there's a cap for stones but probably some limits on the number of uses in a given time or something. Kagurabachi has some of the best arc transitions. We've been in this arc for less than a handful of chapter but I'm already all in for this. Samura's name trick I missed out on till I went into discord and someone messaged that. Wonder how many Japanese fans picked up on it if it's based on the English spelling or maybe they did some other trick for the Japanese spelling. We now have a ticking clock now to heal Hakuri. There has to be something we don't know that will ruin the plan. tl;dr yeah I have a whole episode to still watch and comment on. so not gonna summazrize this too well. Dan, Galaxias, & Ichi I don't have much for. CSM I need more on fake chainsaw man. Centuria power system is promising. Gachi at the top of it's game for reveals & foreshadowing. Kagurbachi is cool. Bartlholdi who created the Statue of Liberty modeled the face after his mother. So when Yoru drew on the power of her “children” and they synced their movements it made my brain go brrr with all the devils powers being fueld of their associations and social contracts

Idk it feels pretty obvious that Usukubo will develop past her current state. Ranger with all it's focus on societal issues just does not feel like the series to to leave a character as fucked in the head as Usukubo still like that by it's conclusion. Especially since she's mostly been around D since 3WB and he is not the type of character to make an active attempt to help someone like Usukubo. If there's someone I think wil make that active attempt I'd put stocks into Hibiki
