It's likely Radahn also mastered Gravity Magic so he could help his cat out... which is kinda weird. 'The Long Tail Cat' is a piece of cut content, the only aspect of it which made it do release is the Long Tail Cat Talisman, which prevents non-lethal fall damage. Nevertheless it was made in the likeness of his favorite cat which he likely enchanted with gravity magic so it could jump to the top of the Erdtree and shit like that.

I recently came across a bug with the Knight's Calvary that spawns near the Church of Dragon Communion in Caelid. I killed it's mount as it respawned from going too far outside the battle area and the Knight itself, kept respawning, attempting to mount its dead horse, and falling to its feet. It did this and I was still able to vanquish them, but it was quite an odd little bug as I was doing damage while it phased in and out repeatedly. Not sure if anyone else has come across this, but figured here may be a neat place to share! Thanks for the content m8. You're one of the best to do it as far as I'm concerned! Got most of what you mentioned. I completely missed the Lyndell Catacombs myself. Had no idea of it OR the items that reside until today. 200+ hours of searching and trying to find all the nuggets in my first playthrough.
Started a new playthrough before the DLC and recently found 2 things I'd never seen before (I imagine they're common knowledge to most) 1. In Raya Lucaria the hidden passage to get to the graven school talisman 2. Below stormveil castle the area with the tree spirit and the prince of deaths pustule talisman Still find it crazy how you can discover new things on each and every playthrough
Just getting into this game and I have to admit this game is awesome. I would have never known I need to smack the back end of a wall to find a hidden entrance. Why would anyone that hasn't played a game think to do that. Now I am striking every wall that I think isn't a wall. Love this video!
I had no idea about Radhan and his horse but I always wondered how that poor guy wasn't crushed. Now I know. It's very touching to learn that about him but maybe just because I love horses so much. Thank you.
I found the war dead catacombs my first playthrough and what a skill jump lol. That’s gotta be one of the toughest catacombs in the game. Besides maybe the one with all the chariots.
In the giants mountaintop cave, I accidently found the second part of the lift and then spent like 2 hours trying to get past those guardians.. Didnt feel worth it at the time, but now, now Im finally getting my real reward. Look I did a thing without a guide.
Omg 2 years later and 500 hours in and I actually never knew about the illusory wall in Academy entrance! Well done. You posted this a year ago and I’ve not once seen it mentioned by any other content creator
There's also a set of Claws in the Abandon Cave called "Venomous Fangs" that are real interesting. They (and Serpents Bow) share a unique poison that iirc deals about 2x damage compared to normal poison damage but is only active for 1/3 of the time. What's cool about the claws as well is they are infusible with other AoW and will retain the special poison effect with whatever AoW you chose. You can either utilize the quicker poison duration with Mushroom Crown and Kindred Exultation for quicker buffs, or if you use the poison infusion on your AoW, it will go back to the normal poison duration except you'll still be doing the 2x damage from the special poison of Venomous Fangs.
Finally figured out super thanks. Have really enjoyed your content. It made Elden Ring much more enjoyable for me. Happy I can support you in your endeavors. Cheers.
Something that I'm not sure if I just accidentally forgot about, or did truly just miss, is the ash of war scarab helmet. It is found in stormveil castle, when you find the bridge to the divine tower, it is behind the portal. It's a very situational piece, not sure it really works well with any builds outside of the sword of milos infinite health meme one.
Yes "jutty outie ledges" is an acceptable technical term. Just like how in F1 we sometimes hear the techs and commentators referring to the "lower sticky-outie bits" on the cars. That's tech jargon, for you, though. Can be a little daunting and complex, but it's sometimes necessary to know in order to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
What I think most people don't seem to realize or at least remember; Morgott's shackle will open all illusionary walls in the area and also procs those fire breathing statues to move. Allowing you to easily dispatch the chariots in one of the Graves.
I’ve already platinumed on ps4 and currently working on my ps5 platinum but 5 of these tips were new to me great job!! Plus the dungeon after redhan I found it my first time but couldn’t remember exactly recently so this was a helpful reminder
A few of these I found on my own, a few I've seen other videos mention. The rune arc and the area under the elevator are new, the latter of which is surprising since I usually check under every elevator, but maybe I just haven't seen the cave it's in yet. Most of the stuff that's just, "look thoroughly" I've done though. It's when pathways get so complex that I can't remember if I've been down every path I've seen that I miss a lot. Funnily enough, I found the war-dead catacombs looking for the painting location from Sellia.
I've been playing for almost two years and I'm just now at both finial boss fights, base and DLC ( I spent entirely too much time scouring the landscape and farming to upgrade every single weapon, like seriously they are ALL 8/24) but one thing I figured out after the Lord of Blood fight because I forgot to unequip it, is that the Mohg's Shackle will open secret doors and disengage traps, like the big fire things. Not sure if that is common knowledge or not, I've been avoiding spoilers until now
Great video Found the big Italian dagger (still on 1st play through) didn’t think much of it at the time. In radan fight if you keep at medium distance he will do a move where he stomps the everliving f-k out of his horse, dismissing it, then leaps at you with both swords (good chance to land some hits). Sorry didn’t want to ruin the sentiment you had for his relationship with his horse, but there it is…
Also I loved how i found war dead catacombs. I beat radahn the first time and was standing there thinking "god this game is massive." And then i started running the length of the arena and had another vague thought that was like "fromsoft are so wild, how they make stuff and like... this is what ive FOUND. I wouldnt at all be surprised if there is some sort of hidden area right at the end of this expanse that they would never tell you about and itd be like a full on area or something crazy.." And as im having those thoughts, i slowly got close enough that the details were just enough to make out that theres a door there and im like "bruh... actually though..." 😅
Ur definitely my favourite TH-camr! Not just coz of ur amazing content, but it feels like being taught cool new things by a mate 😊 keep up the good work buddy!
I knew most of these. I like to diligently explore everywhere, and the messages from other players definitely help; but there were two or three good ones that I missed. Thanks!
So that Rune Arc in Raya Lucaria, you can actually see it from the rooftops section. I had no idea how to get down there for the longest time, and I actually had to use my spatial awareness to figure out that it was just outside of the main building, and therefore must be just behind an illusory wall. I always get weird looks when I tell people that I spend 5-6 hours on the legacy dungeons, but that is why. I scrub those areas like you wouldn't believe haha.
I'm so jealous for all the folks who haven't played Elden Ring but will be starting it up in the next couple months. Seriously one of the best games ever

Right near where Cinqueda is, there is also the dragoncrest shield talisman which is about half as strong as the dragoncrest greatshield talisman.
9:34 wow!!!!! i did not know that!
If there were no guides or youtube then people would probably miss entire areas and questlines
You are damn right more Tarnished joined. I’m on Journey 3 now and still loving this game and finding new things ❤ thank you Elden Ring.
I did not know about the Academy Room. That's incredible. Subbing now.
I had no idea about a lot of this but thats horse is almost invisible so cool
What I think most people don't seem to realize or at least remember; Morgott's shackle will open all illusionary walls in the area and also procs those fire breathing statues to move. Allowing you to easily dispatch the chariots in one of the Graves.
Fun video. Got most except the crystal sword in hideaway. Gotta know how you got Rickey Gervais to close out the show. Well done.
I’ve already platinumed on ps4 and currently working on my ps5 platinum but 5 of these tips were new to me great job!! Plus the dungeon after redhan I found it my first time but couldn’t remember exactly recently so this was a helpful reminder
oh my goodness, the Leonard story is beautiful! Thank you so much for this video.
Not sure if that is common knowledge or not, I've been avoiding spoilers until now
Great video
Found the big Italian dagger (still on 1st play through) didn’t think much of it at the time.
I wouldnt at all be surprised if there is some sort of hidden area right at the end of this expanse that they would never tell you about and itd be like a full on area or something crazy.."
And as im having those thoughts, i slowly got close enough that the details were just enough to make out that theres a door there and im like "bruh... actually though..." 😅
I did not know that bit of lore about the horse! Your job is done!
With such a polite and pleasant intro, I feel bad for watching this during my morning ablutions
most grateful youtuber i've ever seen that's crazy +1 sub
Ur definitely my favourite TH-camr! Not just coz of ur amazing content, but it feels like being taught cool new things by a mate 😊 keep up the good work buddy!
Thank you for your lovely comment! 🤩
Never played a Souls before but your videos have helped out a ton.
This is crazy. Just when I thought I was thorough enough you manage to prove me wrong lol. Happy for it though cause now I have more to do!
"oh man, I always know all of these"
*hits the illusory wall in the Raya Church"
ok WHAT
I thought sure I would know all of these. I had no doubt that I knew everything.... But that Raya Lucaria Rune Arc. That was new. Well done :)
Man, superb video. All a big help. But first and last ones best . I agree
Love the videos man super helpful. Your helping my play through right now I just got the game
Learned something new today. Another reason why The General is my favorite Demi-God!
Thank you for the info on the Fire Monk Ashes. I had no idea.
Ahh the rune arc in Rya Lucaria. Had no idea. Liked and subbed.
I knew most of these. I like to diligently explore everywhere, and the messages from other players definitely help; but there were two or three good ones that I missed. Thanks!
New to the game so I watch mainly your videos to see what I may have missed or just doing wrong
Thanks for the vid. You told me a couple I didn't know, including the bit about Radahn's horse, Leonard. Great vid.
I remember reading about Leonard, but I had since forgotten it, so thank you for reminding me
while watching this i found another hidden path behind a bookcase, in Raya Lucaria, man i love this game!
Been an early viewer of the channel and wanted to say thanks for the fun ER vids!
Wow thank you so much for your Super Thanks! ❤️ I'm glad you've enjoyed the content, hopefully more coming soon with the recent DLC announcement! 🤩
I knew of half of this stuff happy to know there more odds and ends to be had, cheers
To kill the huge dragon that doesn’t move just kill the other smaller dragons in the area. I found that out on my NG+2
I'm so jealous for all the folks who haven't played Elden Ring but will be starting it up in the next couple months. Seriously one of the best games ever
