Hunting in the UK is a very posh affair and the hoi polloi are not welcome unless they are PLU or know the right people. Americans and foreigners are tolerated if they can "get in." but are not welcome. In America anybody can hunt wherever or whenever it is legal to do so and hunting licenses are cheap and easily obtainable. When I was a little boy at boarding school in the UK we were shunted off to the local village on hunting day and we had to stand in a group and doff our school caps to the gentleman of the hunt.. Once we did not do so to the wife of a local hunter who then complained to the school master and as punishment we had to spend the afternoon doffing our caps as we all stood in a field in the rain. Later in the week we heard that one of those hunters had been accidentally shot and we were ecstatic and sang God Save the Queen while hoping that fate had chosen the right hunter.
Shirt sleeves and a poachers leather jerkin, hardly suitable attire for a cold driven shoot Johnathan! Next question: why are you using 34gm cartridges for 25 - 35 yard birds? I wouldn’t want to eat anything you’ve Centre punched! Massive overkill!
I always shoot in a shirt/jumper and waistcoat as I find coats restrict movement. I normally wear base layers from a brand called Kymira, you'll never be cold. The cartridge choice was based on the estates suggestions but I agree massive overkill for birds that could have been brought down with half the load. We live and learn.

Lovely video, superb gun but change the waistcoat looks scruffy and too big
