Why were you charging with the R410A bottle upright? At least in the picture just before the charge and in the one as you were "buttoning up" the bottle is on the scale right side up. R410 needs to be charged as a liquid so the bottle has to be inverted to let the hose tap off the bottom liquid layer of refrigerant.

Today Daikin have the new version of this call VRV IV-S (8HP and 9HP) can connect up to 13 and 14 indoor unit use the same R410A refrigerant.

No, R410a runs at a significantly higher pressure but look into R407a, I believe that's a compatible replacement for R22.
