    Hi Amit. 🌞 Good day. 👋 I wanted to share some good news-I passed my PMP exam yesterday. 🎉 I wanted to thank you for this. 🙏 I happened to bump into one of your videos just one week back. 📽 I had completed my preparations by then. But this very specific video really helped me crack a lot of questions. 💡 Because in this video, you try to explain the mindset which a PMP aspirant needs to have while taking the exam and some keywords to look for. 🧠 The main focus area in my exam was the people domain. So this video really helped me. Thank you and keep up the good work Amit. 👏👍📚

    If there is a court order and project manager still waiting for internal approval to get it closed. It means PM is not a good steward. Stewardship is above any organisation's internal approvals or goals. Being a good steward makes him more responsible toward environment, legal compliances, judiciary without even caring that his decision might lead to his / her termination from the organisation.

    Dear Amit, I have a question regarding ITTO. Identifying stakeholders is the process at the initiation process group. As part of project management plan, communication management plan and stakeholder engagement plan are inputs. And, under project documents, change log, issue log and requirement documentation are inputs. Since the project is at the initiation stage and the only document at hand is the project charter, so how can the project management plan can be the input for this process?

    • @edzest
      @edzest  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, Process groups are not stages or phases of the project that must happen one after the other but just similar activities grouped together as processes and similar processes grouped together as process groups. If you think in this way it will be easier to understand the connection.
      At a given point of time, a project team can be conducting both initiation and planning activities.
      You can start planning or even executing or M&C even while the project charter creation is going on.
      I hope I'm able to help you understand.

      The first thing you should look for is to learn about the reason why the project was selected. - the objective. Project charter is a refined version of objectives/benefits that are mentioned in business case. Hence it's better to go for project charter always.
      In absence, any doc that helps you understand the project objective is better. Typically business case.
