Thank you Amit for explaining every task in ECO. This helps a lot in understanding. I'm just wondering if you can please upload each task video every day instead of every other day.
Thanks a lot again for taking the time and helping us understand the content outline
    🙏

Hi, thanks a lot for your suggestion. We had also initially planned to cover it daily but it takes a good amount of time to create questions and record videos. Hence, we will try but we may not be able to upload daily.

Question #3 I understand evaluate demonstration of task accountability but could you share the reason for decision-making authority not being a good answer as this appears to be part of the task outline in the domain. Just looking for a better explanation.

Hi, although decision making authority is a part of enabler, it doesn't answer the question.
If there's an information about lack of interest by the team member, we need to work on/with the team member, identifying decision making authority doesn't help.

The team is complaining about procedures and policies that are blocking them. So why is training them on the policies and procedures, not the correct solution? and is it, not an act of removing impediments when you training them on such?

Hi, as discussed in the video, the problem is not that the team doesn't understand it, they understand it well, but these processes may impact the project.
So, we will train the team only when the problem is that the team doesn't understand the policies.
      I hope I'm able to clarify.😊
