It is so delicious this way. The one problem is that it is addictive. You just want to keep eating it.
Before cooking them, my wife adds salt to the zucchinis in a bowl & leaves for 30mins to draw excess water out, then continues the procedure
Are they wet before you put in the flour
the only moisture thats on them is just from the water that comes out of them after being sliced and any liquid that is drawn out of it after being salted.
