      Fried zucchini is amazing but honestly the Romanesco zucchini is so much better than other varieties

    Oh My Goodness!!! I have never thought about using egg after flour. They looked Absolutely Amazing!!! I will definitely be making my fried zucchini this way!!! Thank you for sharing another Amazing Great Recipe!!! God Bless You Both!!!

    Before cooking them, my wife adds salt to the zucchinis in a bowl & leaves for 30mins to draw excess water out, then continues the procedure

      the only moisture thats on them is just from the water that comes out of them after being sliced and any liquid that is drawn out of it after being salted.
