  • Sour potatoes, also known as fermented potatoes, are a traditional preservation method where potatoes are allowed to break down naturally, developing a tangy, sour flavor and a soft, creamy texture. They're often used in Eastern European and Scandinavian cuisine, adding a unique twist to dishes like salads, soups, and side dishes.
    Ingredients:
    1-half kg potatoes
    2-1 teaspoon ginger paste
    3-1 teaspoon chilli flacks
    4- 1 teaspoon salt
    5- cinnamon powder
    6-2 black cardamom powder
    7- tarmarind pulp 5 table spoon
    Making:-
    Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes
    "Saute the onions, then add diced potatoes and continue frying. Next, add salt, crushed red pepper, ginger, and stir-fry. Finally, add tamarind paste and simmer for 2 minutes before serving."
    Server with roti and Raita
