Love this TH-cam site These are the best, effective, simple exercises to do anywhere, moreover at the comfort of home, or areas of space desired, even at a park, as many yoga practitioners do. As long as an individual is committed to get back in shape, improve health, these exercises routines ( of course every one should determine their health, their physical needs and or handicaps, capacity to do them safety) work with amazing results . Therefore, these exercise routines are timeless and so, ever effective. Matter of fact, clearly remember doing these routines with a paid trainer, training the muscles to retain memory, and even over time of not doing them (yes, we can get distracted, or health changes due to age or disease, or laziness), once we start again, it all comes back, the body responds, and it is exciting to see the changes of a fit, shapely body results.
