Best way I've found is filling the feeder mixer vehicle, it snorts up 26000 Litres per load and you can transport it anywhere, don't have to wrestle with a forage wagon or push belts around. just snort and tip.
You can actually unload on the ground on the in game BGA. You only have to use a belt or bucket for the placeable BGA. Thanks for pointing out the silage additive. I don’t have a loading wagon yet but it’s on the list.

I'm assuming you can skip the red incline belt and manually dump your ptoduct into the yellow belt's hopper with a front end loader if you wanted to do it more realistically.
I filled my silo with grass then fermented it. I took it to the biogas to sell it and it just stays at 30,000 litres in silage and it doesn’t go down. What am I missing?
Same problem here, and i am playing on Xbox one, i have 41 000 liters in it, and it won`t go down, and it says it`s digestate, and not silage, but there`s no option to activate digestate in the production chain menu, you can activate the plant bin, but nothing happens, since you can`t activate digestate, only silage, manure and sugar beets. Guess it`s done on purpose to keep us from earning easy money on the BGA, like we could in earlier games, like in FS13, we could earn 20 000 cr with just 1 full bucket load from the base game wheel loader, since then the selling price at the bga has gone downhill whit every game, and now it`s virtually non-existint sadly. Very sad but true, but the bga is not worth a bother in FS22, since we can`t activate the production chain for digestate.
@@fontheking5you get digestate from sillage or manure, you can put digestate to selling and it will sell every in game hour. Ive put manure in my 250kw one and one hour cycle got me 1400e. Quite a lot. 24x1400 thats 37k~ from only 13k liters of manure. I think more chains can be ran as well. I have liquid manure and may even dump sillage in it. Ill probably roll in money after one year lol.
The bunker silo is bugged, you cannot unload raw grass on it. I tried every trailer/tipper and it doesn’t give you option to unload it on the bunker silo, even with current patch installed. So if anyone have a way to do it (preferably non-modded way) let everyone know. Biogas is the only way to do it at the moment.
put grass in my silo. The next game day opened both sides. Filled my forge wagon. Problem is it wont let me open the rest. So right now my silo is useless. What am i missing?
Absolutely! The game has to sacrifice some realism for playability. There are no limits to how long you can store things before you sell them to my knowledge!

You can sell silage at both the bga and the animal dealer. Grass can only be sold at the animal dealer

Just hit ctrl+I to unload and slightly move to spread it - I assume you placed the bunker by yourself
You need to force unload it in the bunkers

it will open automatically when you are picking up the Silage near it.

@@qusurfer because you cant load it up with the loading wagon from your bunker, well you van but it works like shit.
Not hating it was a good video but I farm in real life and use a wagon and additive and additive helps store the grass it doesn’t help with yield
