Hello
I made a burger bun with my hands.
Make a handmade burger with this bread and eat it with your family.
You can make burger bread enough without a machine.
Ingredient(1cup=240ml)
Strong flour 3cup(360g)
instant dry yeast 2 teaspoon(7g)
Salt 2 teaspoon(8g)
Sugar 2table spoon+1 teaspoon(30g)
1 egg
room temperature Milk 210ml
unsalted butter 2 table spoon(30g)

I tried it yesterday ! Sooo amazed by the result ! Thank you so much for this recipe 🙏 I had a hard time working the dough cause it was very sticky (probably due to the flour, I only had soft flour) but it was totally worth it !

I loved the very practical creativity of the molds, thanks they are great.
I made that with water because i forgot to buy the melk and i can tell u this was the must delicious buns i have ate in my entire life thanks for sharing. dont use all purpose flour the buns will become harder like bread use white bread flour then they will become soft like mcdonalds buns.

hi, if 1 cup flour is 240g, so 3 cups should be 720g no? 360g will be for 4 buns right? and rest ingredients will be half??? thank you!

Alors tout d'abord je sais pas s'il y aura des Français mais en tout cas le pain hamburger qu'elle a fait est vraiment magnifique pense que je vais le faire un jour mais il y a un tout petit mini problème c'est que le pain il est un peu trop haut au lieu de 3 cm de hauteur moi je Rémy environ 1,5 cm de hauteur et après si elle veut faire un Big Mac je hurray mis 3cm et aussi après j'aurais laissé cuire sans le truc en aluminium au four jusqu'à quand ça cuit encore un peu plus mais sinon le pain donne vraiment envie

You can use all-purpose flour, but it will be less soft.

bake in how mush degree celcius? and for how long?

It's paper foil. As it is a heat-resistant type, it can be used at high temperatures.

저만 그런가요? 반죽이 너무 묽어서 반죽기 20분 돌렸는데도 안 뭉쳐져서 50그램정도 밀가루 더 넣었거든요 ㅡㅜ
