Might be true. Since when I started eating oats my stomach got bloated like crazy. Getting stuck with that gobbly and bloated stomach outside is crazy embarrassing

In order to reduce this I recommend either adding less ingredients or drinking the shake in portions throughout the day. Better absorption of nutrients this way and less bloating
I eat this evwry alternate day along with 2 eggs. Only difference is soak it along with milk,honey and dry fruits mix instead of dates. This is the yummiest meal in my day, i stopped eating sweets and this satisfies my sugar cravings like anything

At first I thought that this recipe was wonderful, until I saw the dragonfruit🧐 But after thinking about it for a sec I was like, hm actually this is a great way to get the health benefits of this kinda tasteless dragonfruit, in a tasty overnight oats with dates…the funny way our minds process things☺️

It's not cocoa powder - it's cacao powder which is comparatively a much better alternative to use

They add 1 tbsp of peanut butter before adding the dates and water, then mix everything together.
