Thanks Tom. It kind of looks similar to the aluminum pack that I used in the 1970’s only in wood. You are an artist. Coming from a person with an advanced art degree. Fine video as usual. 🎸🔪
Tom this is a great how to video. I live in Missouri US and we have a lot of hickory here. Gonna start work on one of these right away Thanks for the lesson!
Excellent job Tom ! Very cool. I guess I know what my next project is. I always learn so much from you mate. Please keep posting quality videos like this. Cheers.
Man that is some really nice work beautiful pack I am going to start working on one today I do 1840 mountain man rendezvous this would be perfect for it thanks for a great video 👍👍👍👍
People forgot about the old adze, it was used to carve into logs to make planks for the floors as ancient farmhouses were built on lumber resting on a stone foundation and the earth could rot the wood so it had to rest on a rock bed of float as a deck. I'm sure this rucksack would float if you dropped it on a canoe trip. Great axeman-ship and leather craft. 🏕
Thanks for your feedback 🤗 I’m glad you like my Viking pack frame. I’m sorry I don’t sell anything but perhaps some company out there would be interested in producing it 🤔😁🏕🔥🌲 Tom
Hello Tom! Where can I find a diagram with some rough dimensions to make one similar to this one? I spent a couple of hours online after I watched your video and came up empty. Any suggestions mate ? Thanks

Sorry but I don’t understand what you’re writing 🤔 Tom
Fun fact. Archaeologist have found that the old norse people did use a lot of primitive glues in their woodwork. So using glue is historical accurate.
Yeah I’ve heard that 😉👍🏻 but thanks for the feedback and for sharing this with us
Tom
