      Also improves breathing and breath control, promotes proper swallowing while eating/drinking, etc, etc. ! I believe proper position and intentional postural alignment even affects the autonomic nervous system and can trigger epigenetic factors at the subatomic level of our DNA. 💜

    Since my accident having two broken arms and collar bone it made me hunch over quite alot...Now they are healed but my spine is very very painful...I'm going to try these exercises daily and hope that makes me stand straight without pain...Thank You Dr.Mandell...💙💙

    Another GREAT DAY.
    Exercise is essential and it doesn't mean going to the gym and working out to LOOK like you're fit etc.
    Simply do regular daily exercises together with a good daily diet and life will be better.
    We had an elevator installed in the 4 story house I live in. I take the stairs at least twice up and down per day and it's enough to keep me in decent health together with a total of 20 minutes walking per day to and from work from the bus station.
    Since the elevator has been installed, I watched my neighbor's backs fold into exactly the slouch represented here after only 2 months of stopping using the staircase.
    I told them to continue with the stairs but they found excuse after excuse ... !
    Before, we didn't have an elevator there were no complaints or excuses and everybody took the stairs without even thingking twice about it.

    My father last his legs and slowly failed apart and passed away two weeks ago and I am heart broken 😭😭 now I am trying to focus on my mom and looking at her back omg it’s all bad I needed this video to help her with her pasture and her back pain thanks 🙏 so much ❤️

    Thank you. I am 77 and sit all day still working and on a computor. I cannot straighten my back up at all and my knees are so bad I think from hunched over and putting pressure on them. I am going to start these exercises

    Thank you so much for the videos ❤😃. I had hunch back when I was only kid..I remembered being tall when most of my classmates were shorter, I felt embarrassed and odd, so I tend not to walk straight.. Now I looked so ugly due to very poor posture. Hope everyone stay healthy and blessed.

    I’m the poster child for poor posture. My myasthenia gravis has made me a spineless jelly fish 😂 that and being 61 years old and rheumatoid arthritis since my teens… yup I’m the poster child for poor posture so I’m gonna do this or die tryin’ 🤣

    These exercises looks good however you need proper workout plan in order to fix something. And what is worst if you stop doing special exercises, your posture will go back to the bad motion in no time.

      It’s most likely that he does not identify as a “Doctor”, he understands the title that is connected to what “he does” and that’s why he comes across as a caring and compassionate being. If he thinks he’s a doctor then he would not be able to do what he does the way he does it. I feel strongly he cares about “you” and not his title. 🙏🏼💜

    Great exercise!
    I had trouble with my shoulders clicking, I use a 5 foot plumbing stick which helped with my shoulder exercises.
    In yoga classes, we work the rhomboids. Because we work shoulder and rhomboids, I no longer have the clicking in my shoulder.
