In Developer Options / Applications, my phone stops scrolling at "Show all ANRs". The list does not include "Force allow apps on external" or "Force activities to be resizable".

If you guys have smart manager go into it I think it should work.
1. Open developer
2.Open Smart Manager
3. Go to storage
4. Go to change and done.
I dont know if yours works
