- Richard Bunnel G2 violin - such a great starter student violin. Fairly easy to play, sounds decent under the ear. The outfit comes with a nice shoulder rest and a few other great accessories too.

Antonio Guiliana Primo violin - so, this one is more expensive than the Bunnel, but I didn't think it was that much better. It was also so difficult to tune! I could barely move the fine tuners. The sound was a little nasally to me. It does get points for looking pretty haha

Louis Carpini G2 violin - I can't say enough good things about this one. I picked it up and didn't want to put it down. It's incredibly easy to play, sounds amazing under my ear, and it had the most gorgeous ringing tone! Not to be dramatic but I was literally in love. If you're willing to spend a bit more, I promise you it will be SO SO worth it!! (side note: I would invest in a slightly nicer bow)

These are all violins from Kennedy Violins. An amazing violin shop up in Washington. They have a super awesome TH-cam channel as well if you'd like more info! / @kennedyviolins - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน
I thought the last one sounded the best, but are there other features that you thought were better than the others?
The last one I thought was far and above better than the other two. 🙌
Sounds great 👍
Great
hello I love your videos so much! I am looking for a better violin for school since I think I am more on the advanced side. Do you think these violins are for complete beginners? I played for 5 years and have private lessons, and I’m not sure which violin to get yet.
Great question! So it depends on a few things. Firstly the level of violin you’re playing on now. And secondly what your budget is. If your budget is below $1000, I think the violin that would be best suited of these three is the Louis Carpini. It’s an intermediate instrument and plays so so beautifully. It’s one of the best violins below $1k that I’ve played and will take you to the next level. But if you have a bigger budget, I’d recommend going to a violin shop and trying out some different violins!
What about Eastman? I am renting an Eastman and may want to keep it when it’s paid off.
I looked them up a bit. I’ve never played one but from what I tell they look like nice violins!
Good
Do u have any tips for double stops
Yessss! Bow evenly on both strings, not too much pressure. Have fun (video coming soon too)
@@Corrietheviolinist ty so much love your vids
The problem is that the finger touch the adjacent string the other problem in double stop the movement of the bow should be much more accurate and stable than bowing on a single string
@@itzikovadia851 that’s what I struggle with
@@Justmeandjesus19 also me me to😥
I have a Bunnel student violin. I can’t find a single thing wrong with it, well, except the operator…..
I loved the Bunnel. It’s a great beginner violin. My only issue with it was that it is just that. A beginner violin. I personally don’t think it provides much room for growth. But it still does a great job for what it is!! 🙌
@@Corrietheviolinist can you expound on that? My instructor called it a forever fiddle. I won’t argue with him, but I’d really love to know more, Corrie.
Where can I buy one?
click the three dots! I have them all linked in the description! You're going to love them
