Aiwaah, you’re on the right track now!... Expecting more of the same in the upcoming days. But I don't understand the point of taking this route. From Infopark, ig the seaport-airport road would've offered a better claim with the new infrastructures, quality shops, malls, SEZ and cool flats like DLF. And then, u could've taken the deviation to Kaloor from Kakkanad junction...

Roads have to be widened and made safer with proper sidewalks and pedestrian crossings. As car ownership goes up, narrow roads are going to cause mass traffic jams. Also Cochin must increase its sports facilities like artificial turf soccer and hockey fields, indoor swimming pools, tennis centers etc. All major Indian cities should have excellent sports infrastructure. When you look at Google maps, even small Chinese towns have excellent sports infrastructure - a reason why they win a lot of medals. All major universities and high schools should have top class T&F stadiums, sports fields so talent can be nurtured from a very young age.

Sadly, narrow roads are a common scene all across Kerala. Higher land prices and legal hurdles surrounding land aquisition are the causes here.

I think Kakkanad/Thrikkakara would be probably the only muncipality in Kerala with so many tall buildings. At 152 metres, Sands InfinIT twin towers will be the tallest once completed. Not to mention the revenue this place generates through various places like CSEZ, Infopark, Smartcity, etc etc..
