Hi Kerry, hope you've had a great weekend. What are you doing to us🙆 What a great recipe and they sounded great with a crunch. Would be lovely with some tomato 🍅soup😋 It's given me the perfect dish to make when we have our Christmas get together. Thanks for that😁 Jen xx
Love the edits Kerry! I’m going to have a stop in to my local import shop and grab some Branstons so I can make these for Christmas dinner/ Boxing Day Lunch! gluten free/dairy free of course! Do you prefer the Cosori Twin Fry for the bigger air fryer? Thanks for all the great videos! Hugs from Utah❤
Another video for my Kerry playlist, my Duronic has two 5ltr drawers and one massive 10ltr drawer all for £129 from Amazon and I'm not affiliated, I just love my Duronic. I've even got rid of my main oven and have the dual air fryer and an air fryer oven (but it is just the two of us.) I have made a Lemon Drizzle cake in my air fryer and I found, what you found with the carrot cake, it was raw in the middle, but with a bit of experimentation I found that baking it at 130° C for about 35 to 40 mins and it turned out perfect after that (it was only a 1lb loaf though, I've never tried it with a full sized loaf.) Thanks as ever my air fryer queen. ❤xx
Please could you suggest a thermometer for the air fryer .. i have never used one before ..and i have just bought an air fryer this week thanks .. your videos are so easy to follow ..thank you for sharing with us

Hi I don’t think you have to check the temperature as if you made them in a conventional oven you would do it by feeling them as they need to be soft but they do look very tasty must try them myself as my grandchildren love cheese scones 👍💋
Think you mean cooling rack Kerry , I think butlers empire had same offer , very good of corsori. I love the corsori things I have . The twin fry sounds lovely .
These look amazing, Kerry. You know me, i would have to leave out the apple. Scones do tend to be a bit dryer, I think. That's fantastic from cosori. Email sent. I made shortbread on Sunday morning, i hadn't made anything for a while, making my grans cornflake crunch for the baby shower 🤤😋. Xxxxx Jacs 💚❤️
Ì have 2 questions Kerry...were they dry at all? And did you use the crisper plate or put them on the bottom of the airfryer? Oh just thought. Would the result be different if the fryer had just a top element or a double element? Cheers..
Thanks I will look forward to making these. What a great idea for a recipe.Good luck to all subbies in the UK who have a chance to win the giveaway. My third Cosori arrives tomorrow also a black Friday deal here. This is all your fault Kerry.......you got me hooked. on these machines xx

These scones look amazing, def going to give them a try. Love your channel, always look forward to your next vlog. Regarding the amazing giveaway. Do I put my name in the subject line as well as in the email it'self? Many thanks and keep up the good work. xxx
Is the parchment paper preventing the bottom from cooking maybe ? Plus lower temperature and longer cooking may be best, scones should be light in colour, as you know. Hey ho, trial and error ! ❤
Think you're right Jennifer, recipe said 120ml which def wasn't enough. I went up to 140 so in recipe I say 150ml but add a bit at a time as you may or may not need all of it.
Hi Kerry my favourite cake / dessert is Manchester tart would be lovely if you could make it please, this is my first time texting as grandchildren are showing me how to do this lol😂 xx

Thank you Lorraine 😀💕💕💕
Oh my word, these scones look delicious!! Kerry, I’d have mine with a nice bowl of soup, thank you take care.
Hi Kerry I bake all my scones at 200C for 10 to 12 mins so I think 15 mins was too much in the original recipe :) but I cut mine a little less high :)
I'll have another go and cut the time like you say, thank you Helen👋😀💕
